Ruby was the only member of her team not to go to bed, and so she decided to dig further into the box; inside it she found the Hellsing manga, the original Hellsing TV series as well as Hellsing Abridged, Bram Stoker's Dracula, the Holy Bible, a couple books about the events on earth that were known as the first and second World Wars and several books by various authors about a man named Vlad Tepes III (the impaler) otherwise known as Dracula; realising that there was more to the Hellsing series than lead on, so she pulled an all-nighter and read Bram Stoker's Dracula; lucky for her it was the Weekend and so she was able to read it without worrying about school. In the novel Dracula, Ruby found out its connection to the Hellsing series; one of the connections was with a certain character, this character's name was Dr. Abraham Van Helsing who Ruby assumes is the ancestor of Sir Integra Fairbrook Wingates Hellsing. Another thing the young huntress noticed was the similarities between Alucard and Dracula; they're both Vampires, associated with red and black clothing, are very dangerous and are very suave, what put the final nail in the preverbal was that Alucard was an anagram for Dracula, leading Ruby to wonder if Alucard is the infamous count or not. Looking at the time, Ruby saw it was early in the morning (at least 4:00 Am); so she decided to read the books on WW1 and WW2, while going through it she was simultaneous intrigued and appalled by them especially with the ones that mentioned the chemical warfare, the trenches, the assassination of Archduke Ferdinand, the concentration camps, the attack on pearl harbour, the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki and Germany's füher the tyrannical chancellor Adolf Hitler. After she read those books, she checked the time and noticed that her team mates were up and staring at her.
"Hey what's up," Ruby asked her team who were still staring at her in awe, mostly because of the pile of books she had with a little paper sign said "READ" and the pile that said "TO READ/WATCH". "Umm Ruby... I have two questions the first is did you get any sleep and the second one is where did you find all this stuff," Yang asked as she was still trying to process the sight before her. With a smile on her face, the younger sister replied "Oh this stuff? I found them in the same box that had the DVDs of Hellsing Ultimate, I did an all-nighter because I'm currently going through them to help give me a further understanding and/or appreciation for the series; if you want to, you could read them, but right now I noticed DVDs that say Hellsing and Hellsing Abridged, and I was wondering if anyone was up to watching them with me?" WBY stood and thought for a moment, after a couple minutes they decided to watch it with Ruby, as long as they had some breakfast first though. After they had breakfast, Ruby popped Hellsing Order 1: The Undead, but not before noticing that there was a note from the person that sent the box stating that just for the first episode he/she extended the intro just so the theme could be experienced.
Right off the bat, when the episode played team RWBY were treated to the series theme titled "The world without logos" (Logos naki world).
Song lyrics: Tell me cool vibrations
Live your fantasy
Tell me who tell me surely and a name
I'll be stunned
I'll be waiting
Ghost of horror show
And I don't care
Just say ya love
Down, down
Wish it's just a revelation
Take me once take me into the revolution
Down, down
Won't you hear the vibrations?
Take me home and I'll look to return
Shooby dooby doo
