Vincent POV

It's been 5 months she still hasn't woken up. The girls have been staying at my house. I finally got a bigger house for when Semira comes home. What am I talking about I'm jumping the gun. I have to get back on track.

I walk into the kitchen to make the girls a quick snack. Pulling out the bologna and cheese with their juice box. I've gotten so good at making sandwiches. Than my phone started to ring. It was Berta and she said  that Semira has just waken up. "Girls lets go! Your mommy is awake," I said

"Yeah mommy is up," they both jumped for joy

I was so happy to see the smile again. The last few months has been hard on the girls. They thought their wasn't going to wake up. I put the girls in their car seat. Off we were to the hospital. I arrive in 20 minutes. We hop in the elevator and head to her floor.

Berta comes running to us. "Hi Tia can we see mommy now," they both say

"In a minute! Let me talk to your daddy ok first. Can you girls be good and go to Tia Ana," she said

They nod their head and walk over to her. "Berta what's going on. Your starting to scare me," I asked

"She doesn't remember the girls," she said

"What do you mean," I asked

"She only remembers you still being together. She remembers everything before you broke her hurt," she said

"Can I go talk to her," I asked

She nodded and walked to the girls.

I was getting nervous. I walked into her room. "Vinny your hear," she got excited

"How are you feeling," I asked

"I'm better that your here now," she said patting the bed

I sat next to her. She grabbed my hand and started rubbing it. "Vinny when do I get out here. I feel fine," she asked

"Baby what is the last thing you remember," I asked her

"Getting a call from you this morning and you saying to meet you at our house," she said

"Baby there's something I have to tell you and there someone I would like to meet," he said

She nodded her head giving me a worried look.

"Baby that was five years ago. That night you told me that you were pregnant and having our baby. You gave me two of the most beautiful," I know this is wrong but what else could I have done

"Where a family," she asked

"Yes! The girls are outside dying to see you. Can I bring the in," I asked

"So we got married," she asked

"That was something you were planning before this happened," I said

"Have we pick a date yet and where is my engagement ring," she asked looking down at her finger with a frown

"Since you've been here I took it off and have it at home. I can bring it when you get released," I said

"No I can't wait can you bring today when you come back to stay the night here," she said

"I can't stay the night I have the girls," I said

"Don't be silly they can stay with Berta she wouldn't mind. Can I please see my babies," she said with joy

"Now Baby they don't know you lost the last five years of your memory. The taller one is Marbella is the taller twin and Olivia is a few inches shorter. They don't know that you don't remember a lot of things," I told her

"Ok," she said

I walked out of the room and brought in the girls. They were so happy to see Semira. "Mommy mommy when are you coming home. Daddy got us a new home for when you get better," They both said at the same time

"I'm older so mommy gets to see my room first," Marbella said jumping for joy

I was so happy to see her smiling again. This whole time it was hard for me to get her to smile. I guess she just wanted her mommy. I know I lied to her by saying that we were engaged. This could be my only chance I would have with her. Liv comes running to me and asks. "So daddy does mommy come Howe

"I'll have to ask doctor when he comes back. Right now mommy has to rest. You guys are going to stay the night with Tia Berta and I'll get you guys in the morning ok," they nodded and walked to Berta

"I cant believe that I'm getting married and to beautiful twins," she said

"Your getting married to who," Berta asked

"Berta your so silly. Of course I'm marrying Vinny," she said smiling like Cherish cat

"Semira can I talk to Vinny. It will be really quick," Berta said

I knew I was in a lot of trouble when pulled my arm and her fingers started to dig in. "Vinny what the fuck! You can't do this to her or the girls," she said heading me on the back of my head

"What was that for," I asked

"Don't play dumb with me Vinny. When she gets her memory back this isn't going to turn out good. I beg that you tell her the truth," she said

"Don't worry this will work out for all of us," I said heading back in her room
