Semira POV

I would be happy once I have these babies. The pain is killing me why. I didn't have this much pain. I really didn't want to have them yet and with this lady that never liked me. I really don't know why she's helping me. I can do this on my own without her help.

I'll be good delivering these baby on my own. "Please don't touch me," I snapped her.

"I'm trying to help," she said with my frown on her face.

"Why now? You've never liked me and you tried your best to keep Vincent and me apart. You did succeed the first time. But I'm not going to let you do that us again. We're happy now," I cried out.

"Semira I'm so sorry for what part I had in this. You just have to understand we had no choice. I wanted to really like you because Vincent loved you and the both of you guys are so good together. I know you won't forgive me anytime soon. I just hope one you would be able to forgive us and let us be a part of our grandbabies lives," She asked.

I would feel bad if don't try. "If you help me deliver these babies that don't to wait. I'll forgive you guys. It's best to leave the past behind us deal," I extended my hand.

What's the point of me holding a grudge? She's the kid's grandmama and there's no way I can her away from them. If I kept them away from each I wouldn't forgive myself.

"Now I need help getting them out. The pain is getting so close and I can't care it," I screamed.

"Let's get you to the bed. I'll go get some clean water. Girls go get me some clean towels. Once you guys come I need you help Nona," she said and went off running.

"Okay," they said in union before running off.

"Okay honey these babies are ready to come whether you're ready or not," she said helping me on the bed.

"We don't have everything here to deliver the babies," I said getting on the bed.

"Don't worry. I was the oldest of 5 and I helped my mum delivery the 3 youngest. I wanted to be a doctor when I was younger. Things changed in my life," I smiled walking away. I heard water running. She came back with a bucket full of water. The girls showed up with the towels.

"Can we help," they asked.

"Of course you girls can help. I want you on each side of your mum. Your brothers or sisters will be here soon," she said.

"We'll have to wait for Vincent to come back. I can wait until he comes back safe," I said. I felt the strongest pain ever. I fingers tighten around the sheets.

"Yum Semira I don't think these babies are going to wait. I can see one beginning to crown. I want you to push when I tell you. I'm going to contact to three and I want you to push," I can hear her start the countdown. Which I did as I was told.

Then I hear crying. "It's a boy she said cleaning him than wrapping and giving him to Olivia. "I want you to hold tight and please don't drop him."

"OH MY GOSH, I can another one getting ready to come out. I have to push this is the worst pain ever. I'm done after this no more babies for me," I screamed.

"Okay, I want you to push now," she said ready to grab the other baby. Which I saw her grab the baby and I laid down.

"It's a girl! Let me go clean her first," she said. All I can do is nod my head.

"Here comes another one. After getting this one, I get to rest and hold babies. Tell me your ready because this baby isn't going to wait," I screamed the last part.

"Baby push as hard as you can. I can see the head and I want you to push," she said and I did as I was told.

"What is it. Please tell me my baby is okay," tears started to roll down my face.

"He's okay. This one looks just like Vincent when I had him.," she was just holding him.

"Mrs. Marchesi I don't think I'm done. I can feel another one coming. Put baby Vinny down and help me now," I yelled.

"Oh, you named after my boy. I'm so happy that you're naming him after my Vincent," she kissed him before wrapping him and putting him next to his sisters.

"I hope this is the last one. Can I push now," I asked?

"I can see the head and I want you to push now," she said and I did as I was told.

"It's another boy. I'm going to clean him up and bring him back to you," she walked away with the last baby.

I can't believe that I had four babies. I guess this last one was hiding really good if that doctor didn't know I was pregnant with 4. I'm so tired I want to hold my babies but right now all I want to do is rest my eyes and which I did.

Vincent POV

I can't believe that had leave Semira. She could be going into labor as we speak and I'm missing another birth again. I want to kill theses bastard that has been after my family.

We were all hiding in our places all load with our weapons of choice. We going to shoot whoever walks in the door and ask questions later. I heard the front door open and heard voices.
"They have to be here hiding something. I want this place torn apart and nothing is to be left unturned," he said.

"Yes boss," the other guy said.

Why does that female voice sound so familiar? I've heard that voice somewhere and I just couldn't put my finger on it. I just stood there waiting for them to get closer so we can kill them all. I started to think if the boss is here then there won't be any more surprises and we can kill them all at one. Plus the quicker I kill them and the sooner I can get back to my family.

"Boss why are you going after them,' I heard one of the guys asked?

"I don't pay you to ask any question," this boss lady said. Then I heard the gun go off.

"Vincent has always been since I met in high school. I hurt me that he didn't even recognize me when I started to work for him that really hurt but I really didn't care. I thought I was going to win later until I saw him with that bitch. I had her followed so I could find a way to break them up," she said.

That's when I realized who it was. It was the blonde that worked at my front desk. I've never met her before in my life.

"Ms. Porter what are we going to do nex... then I heard another gun go off.

Heather Porter is the one who's been after my family this whole. I never thought she would be capable of this. She's worked for me since I took over the company. I'm the one who put my family in danger. This was all because she wanted me and I wouldn't let her take my family away again. I stepped out and pulled my gun out. "Heather I've got a surprise for you," I said pulling out my gun.

"Vincent it's not wh.... then I put a bullet between her eyes. I just went crazy and killed the rest of them. This was easier than I thougth. I'm just glad that I over and I get to see my family again. I can't believe this is over. I walked to the room that was in.

Finals are done for me. I can start updating. I think I should have this story done within the next 2 updates or so. Than I'm going to start on about Sebastian called A Forbidden Love Affair. I'll let you guys know once I get it out. I would like to at least get more than 5 chapters up before posting it.
