When they ran away, they decided to move to Normandy. Kenigits thought it would be the best for them, because of the common laws set there. Ladee was happy that she would be more involved, because she was no longer a serf and Kenigits was now able to be a part of the House of Commons.
They arrived just in time, because they had missed the big rebellion that took place to get the Magna Carta signed. Now there were sheriffs keeping control of the taxation on many things, but at least they were happy.
Kenigits and Ladee stood out a little though, because they were some of the only people there who weren't Anglo Saxon.
Eventually Kenigits worked his way up in rank and was able to become a lord. With his newfound status, he was able to be involved in the House of Lords. As the two love birds began to age, they moved to Kievan Rus and lived out the rest of their lives happily.
