Feelings

(Alex's PoV)

I open my eyes slowly because of the light piercing through the window. I feel something on my waist, i look down and see an arm?

Why is there an arm on my waist? Where am i?

I look around at my surroundings noticing I fell asleep at the cabin & that i was laying on Eric.

I look up at him, he's peacefully sleeping. Boy is he cute... wait! did i just think he was cute!! no no Alex, Eric is your friend, just your friend... I think to myself... more like scold... I cant help but smile. I actually like the way Eric is holding me... Darn it Alex what are you thinking! He's one of your best friends

Eric started to stir a little, so me not wanting to be a freak caught staring at him, i quickly closed my eyes acting as if i was still asleep.

(Eric's PoV)

I open my eyes, with the feeling of someone laying on me. Its Alex, I smile remembering her holding onto me tighter when i tried to get up last night. I kiss the top of her head before slowly peeling her off of me. I decided to go and make breakfast, and if the girls weren't up by the time i was finished, I was going to burst in there singing at the top of my lungs. I walked into the kitchen the cabin had and started to cook.

(Alex's PoV)

He kissed my head omg he kissed my head! calm down Alex, it was a friendly gesture, crazy girl... but I wish he hasn't gotten up...I miss his warmth... *sigh* I guess I should get up...

"Hey Eric" I smile at him as i walk into the kitchen

"Mornin Beautiful, uh um Alex" he stuttered the last part, I felt my self blushing at his 'beautiful' comment.

"uh-uh wh-what are you cooking?"  really Alex stuttering?

"oh you know the usual..." He start to say, but i cut him off. "Eric you don't cook, you cant say the usual." I smile at him.

"ANYWAYS, I'm making Pancakes, bacon and with a side of eggs." He said flipping a pancake.

"Oh yum, I'm going to go wake up Tiff." I walked away.

(Eric's PoV)

As Alex walked away i tried to keep my eyes on the pancakes. I couldn't help myself, out of the corner of my eye i admit i watched her walk away... with my eyes on her butt.

(Tiffiany's PoV)

Alex woke me up and we were talking about the most random things, when Alex cleared her throat.

"What's up Alex?" I said looking at her.

"I-I-I was wondering, How would you feel if--" She got cut off with Eric yelling. "Breakfast is ready!"

"Hold on a minute E!" I yelled back.

I looked at her to continue but Alex just got up and walked into the kitchen.

hmm... i wonder what she was going to ask that? and Why did she not finish?

The entire breakfast was in an awkward silence, Alex kept her head down as she ate & would not look in Eric's or I's directions. Eric looked me really confused, I just lifted my shoulders indicating i had no idea what was wrong.

(Alex PoV)

Tiffany and i were just chatting about random things, but my mind kept wandering to Eric.

I cant keep it in anymore, you have feelings for him Alex. You need to tell him, but first ask Tiffany how she would feel about you and Eric...

"I-I-I was wondering, How would you feel if--" I got cut off with Eric yelling. "Breakfast is ready!"

"Hold on a minute E!" Tiffany yelled back.

She looked at me to continue but I just got up and walked into the kitchen. Chicken.

While we were eating breakfast, I couldn't look at Eric i didn't want to start and blush or feel the butterflies in my stomach. And i cant just talk to Tiff, Eric will know somethings up. ugh! why do i have to feel this way!

After i finished eating i got up out of my chair and walked into the bathroom, staring into the mirror, thinking. in the midst of my thoughts i heard a faint knock on the door.

"Who is it?" I asked not moving.

"Alex open up, its Tiffany" She says through the door. I reluctantly walk towards the door. As I open it she quickly enters the room, probably thought i was going to change my mind and close the door on her.

"What do you want T?" I said as i walked back to the mirror.

"I want to know why you wont look at Eric and I? And what was it you wanted to tell me this earlier? I promise i wont get mad if you tell me." She looks at me through the mirror.

Come on Alex, Tell her, Tell her you like Eric. Stop being a chicken. This is why your pathetic, cant even tell your best friend you like her brother. Shut up, Tell her, no. Alex, Tell her.

I take a deep breath before turning around and facing Tiff. "I-I-I think I like E-Eric..." I look down waiting for a response. I suddenly feel a pair of arms hug me. I smile knowing Tiff isn't upset and i hug her back. "Wait your not upset?" I ask her pulling away from the hug.

"Of course not Alex! I actually want you guys together. Plus i already know Eric likes you" She said jumping up and down.

"Wait did you say Eric likes me?" I grabbed her shoulders to stop her from jumping.

"Well its kind of obvious. I mean come on Alex your not going to tell me you haven't noticed." She gave me this 'are you serious' look.

"What ever you say T, Lets get out of here." I said smiling at her.

"Wait. What are you going to do? Are you going to ask him out? or are you going to wait for him to ask you out? if that's the case I'm so going to push him on asking you out... oh oh i have an ide-" I cut her off.

"T, Tiff! I don't know yet, I mean i said i THINK i like him. I'm not a 100% sure if i like him that way or not." I said looking down.

"Come on Alex, I can see the way you guys look at each other, you guys are meant to be." She smiled at me. "Just listen to your heart Alex, but don't ignore Eric, it'll hurt him." She stated before walking out of the bathroom.

What are you going to do Alex? Wait for him to ask you out? I don't know, maybe. I mean can i really ask him out? It took a lot of my courage just to tell Tiff i liked her brother! Maybe ill wait till he makes his move. Man why does this have to be so hard.

I walk out of the bathroom, and walked into the living room where Eric and Tiff were. We hung out for another hour before we had to get going home.

It was nice to be away from my dad and the boys but now its time to go back to hell. at least Eric and Tiff only live 2 complex buildings away.

So some of you may be wondering why Alex's dad hasn't been in the story that much yet... well your just going to have to wait until Eric does a certain something something, if you know what i mean.

Sorry for the short chapters ha he, anyways i hope you enjoyed this chapter.
