*Kana's POV*
Luckily, Alex survives and we get to take him home in a few days. It gets late so most of us go home and Fynn stays.
:A year later-
I'm in the bathroom taking my hormone pills as a girl walks in that's my worst enemy. She looks at me through the mirror and glared. She gets out of her stall and goes to the sink right next to mine. She's done washing her hands just as I'm about to put my pills away for another few days, then she grabs the bottle runs to the toilet, opens it and dumps the pills and flushes them. "Ha! Maybe that'll teach you to be happy with your own gender." She says and walks out. "She's right... " I say to myself. I look in the mirror and All I can see is a boy. I punch the mirror and it shatters.
Later I have a doctors appointment and they gave me more hormone pills. "That's the good news.....the bad news is, your cancer is back. And it's spreading pretty fast." He says. "What?!" I say. "You're gonna need to get hooked up with the IV and get started back on chemo..." He says. I look at my dad in disbelief. This can't be happening. I get hooked up to the IV for my chemo. Justin texts me to see if I'm okay.
We get back home and I fall asleep on the sofa for a few hours. I get woken up by Jayce shaking me awake. "Dads not home. You wanna come out with me and some friends? They got us some smokes." He says. I nod forgetting to tell him my cancer is back.
We meet his friends in an ally and there all standing there with cigarettes in their mouths. "You guys wanna play truth or dare?" One of them asks. "Sure" Jayce says. We sit in a circle on some baskets. "Hey..I'm Adam." I hear beside me. It's one of Jayce's friends. He looks like a fuckboy version of Channing Tatum. "Hi..." I say. Everyone starts passing down the pack if cigarettes and lighters. I doubtingly take one and light it. I start coughing right away. "Owe.." I say holding my throat. "That'll go away." Adam says pulling closer to him.
We finally start playing after I learn everyone's name. Jace had to kiss Lea, Lea had to smack Jake, Jake had to lick Adams face. "Okay Adam. Truth or dare?" Jake says. "Dare" Adam says. "I dare you and Kana to Fuck in the abandoned bathroom over there." He says. "But she doesn't have a....you know....I don't want to make her uncomfortable..." Adam says. He looks over at me and I shrug. He takes my hand and we walk down the ally to the abandoned bathroom. "Oh so you do have one...surgery?" He asks. I nod. "Are you uncomfortable in any ways right now? Do you even want to do this?" He asks sympathetically. "I could care less to be honest....I mean unless you dont have protection." I say. He pulls one out if his pocket. "I always have on with them...you never know.." He says. I nod. "Okay so.....do you really want to do this.. I can kind of sense that your nervous....first time?" He asks. "It is....I kinda don't want to do this....I just found out my cancer is back from when I was eight..." I say. He nods. "Do you wanna....makeout then instead....?" He asks. "Sure I guess...I just hope my boyfriend doesn't find out ...." I say. "Oh....oh well..." He says. "No..not oh well...that's my little sister. Lay a hand on her I will kill you." Jayce says walking in.
