I slowly wake up and look around the hospital room, I get up ignoring the pain. I change into sweatpants and Fynn's t-shirt. I lay back down and wait for Oli to pick me up.
"Alex?" He says walking into the room
"Yeah" I say and she walks over, she helps me up and we walk into the hallway.
"Your really pale, are you sure you want to come home?" He says and I nod, we pass people in the hallways and they look at my arms and give me a bad look. I put my head down and keep walking
"Can I start testosterone.." I ask
"I don't think so bud" he says
"What? Why? Mom said I could" I say looking at him
"I'm not your mother am I? I'm your father and I said no." He says and I glare at him, I walk away from him and call uncle Dean
"Hey kiddo" he says
"Hey.. can you please pick me up from the hospital... I don't want to be by my dad right now.." I say
"Sure, be there in a few" he says
"Thanks.." I say and hang up
"Alex come on" dad says
"No" I say
"Alex, come on." He says more sternly
"I said no!" I say getting annoyed
"Get in the fucking car!" He says raising his phone
"Just leave me alone!!" I yell and people stare. Dad drops the bags and walks outside and leaves. I pick up my bags and sit down. I run my hand threw my hair
"You okay kiddo?" I heat uncle Dean say
"Perfect" I say sarcastically
"What's wrong?" He asks
"My Mom said I could start testosterone and now my dad won't let me..." I say. I hate my voice..
"Jeez kid, that sucks..." he says and I nod, he grabs my bags and we walk to the impala. Dean starts driving
"I don't want to go home... I want see everyone but my dad... Especially Fynn" I say and he nods, he drives to his house
"I'll call them to come over here, but other than the testosterone why aren't you getting alone with your dad?" He asks
"Because he's never home. He makes Mom take care of all of us because he's always with the band.. or at a party.. or drinking or something.. he barely talks to me, my moms been buying me stuff without him knowing..." I say and he nods
"You and Fynn and your siblings can stay here if you want" he says
"Only Fynn... Nick and Jeydon get along with my dad" I say and he nods, I grab my phone and text Fynn to come over. I set my phone down and and Sam walks into the room
"Alex?" He says and I turn my head, I stand up and he quickly walks over and hugs me. I haven't seen him for a long time. Someone knocks on the door and Sam opens it, it's my dad. I walk away, then I hear Fynn
"Alexxxx" he whines, I turn around and Fynn runs over and hugs me. He wraps his legs around me as we hug. I set him down and we stand there holding hands
"We're going home, come on" dad says
"Actually their gonna stay here for a while." Dean says and dad gives him a weird look
"She's my kid" he says, I look down
"He." Dean says
"Alex just come on." Dad says sternly
"He's staying here" Dean says sternly, my dad glares at him. All of a sudden dad swings his arm and punches Dean.
"Dad!" I yell, Dean gets up and grabs onto dads neck and pushes him against the wall then knees him...somewhere... Dean let's go and dad drops to he floor
"Get out." Dean says and dad gives me a look
"If your gonna stay here don't come home." He says and walks out. Dean looks at me and Fynn hugs me
"I'll be back" I say and walk outside. Fynn follows, he holds my hand as I walk down the street
: a year later :
I'm now living with Dean and Sam. Fynn left a while ago... I've been lonely but I have my uncles to keep my company. I haven't talked to my dad since he said not to come home.. but today I was going to try.
"I'll be back" I say
"Okay" Sam says and I walk outside. I walk to the house and knock on the door. Mom opens it, she hugs me, she invites me inside. I walk to my room to get my stuff
"I told you not to come back." I hear my dad say behind me
"I'm grabbing my stuff." I say and he grabs onto my shoulder and turns me around
"Get off me" I say jerking away. I grab a box and put everything of me and Fynn's and my pictures and clothes
"I'm not coming back anyway" I say and walk back downstairs and outside. I walk back to Dean's and I see the mean kids from school
"Eww, it's the tranny. I hear your gay. Gross" one says and I walk away. I walk inside and walk upstairs and start putting my pictures on the walls by my bed and put my other things away. My phone dings, I look over and see it's Fynn. He says to download the app musical.ly.. I download it and I don't get it at first but I finally get it, I suck at it so I save it privately.
"Alex! Let's go eat!" Sam says and I run downstairs and we leave
