I looked wildly around the hallways, trying to keep up with Angie.  She was pulling me around behind her and she stopped momentarily at a locker.

"Gotta pick up my stuff, ya know!"  I smiled at her and looked away while she pulled paper after paper out of the locker.  I noticed people walking past.  I suddenly regretted not wearing my heels as I saw how much taller everyone else is.  I looked back at Angie and noticed that we are pretty much the same height.  I jumped as I felt a hand touch my shoulder.  Immediately laughter was followed.  I looked back at Angie and laughed along with her.

"Lemmie see your schedule Blondie."  She said while still laughing.  I pulled my schedule out of my back pocket and have it to Angie.  Her eyes widened as she scanned my schedule.
"Ok.  That's your locker right here."  She said slamming her hand onto the locker next hers.  "We also the exact same schedule, so follow me you lucky duck."  She smiled and took my hand again, pulling me along with her.

In a couple seconds we burst through a door and my eyes scanned the room.  I was just about to look back at Angie when my eyes landed on the exact same person I had just been thinking about.  My hand went strait to the ring on my pinkie.

Strait in front of me was Nate.  He was sitting on a desk and  talking with some guys.  He laughed and his gaze drifted towards mine.  Our eyes met and we gave each other a small smile.
Angie was just staring at me with a confused face and it cleared as she noticed that I was looking at someone. Her head tore in Nate's direction, and there was a wide smirk on her face as she looked back at me.

"Ya little flirt." She told me with a smile that widened as she saw me blush.

"Come on, I'll introduce you to the teacher, Mr. Davis.

Class after class I was introduced to teachers and sat with Angie as I sat uncomfortably next to Nate as he was in all my classes as well.  I was just listening to Mr. Grey ramble on about the square roots of negative numbers when a slip of paper touched my hand.  I looked up but could not find the person that gave it to me.  I looked over at Angie, but she looked asleep she was so bored.  I quickly slipped the piece of paper into my lap as I unfolded it gently.  I glanced down in my lap.

Hey you,
I want to get to know you better.  I notice that you are friends with Angie.  She's great. I had a feeling you two would hit it off.  Any way, let's eat together.  You can bring Angie.

I smiled to myself as I took the pencil out of my hair.  I quickly scribbled down a response and folded it back up.  I looked down to the floor and saw his bag resting close to me.  One of the pockets was open, so I quickly placed the note on top of his bag.  I smiled thinking of lunch.  Luckily, lunch is next.  I smiled once again thinking about how great my day has been so far.

Hey you too,
I wouldn't miss it.  See you there.
