I woke up around 07:00am and almost overslept cause I'm finishing my writing last night till midnight. As I get up from the bed, I went to the bathroom and have shower, I go change, make a coffee for myself, prepare my laptop, my writing book, pen, my camera, my sketch book, and don't forget my Farewell To Arms book.
Taking the subway is my daily routine every morning, and then I would take a walk to the coffee shop I had with Jo yesterday and grab breakfast. While answering new emails that arrived this morning, I have a scramble eggs and a cup of coffee, again. For two hours sitting there just writing emails back, I then leave the coffee shop and headed to the book shop just across the corner of the coffee shop. As I entered the book shop, I already smells of old papers, what a smell. And then I tried to find an empty seat, and found the spot that beside the window. It was empty, so I take my Farewell To Arms book out and sit down there.
For thirty minutes I enjoyed reading there and look at the view outside, also my camera that placed front of me. I take a few pictures inside of this book shop, the street that people passing by. It was actually nice to sit down here with silent.
"Ahem," Suddenly someone coughed behind me and I turn around. "Hey I remember you." It was Ralph with his lovely squinted eyes when he smiled.
"Yeah you too." I said smiling.
"May I join you?" He said holding one book by Ernest Hemingway and a cup of coffee.
"Sure Hemingway if you want too." I said and he sit on one empty sit right in front of me.
"So what makes you sit here?" He asked and I look at him confused.
"Why not?" I said confused as he smirked.
"Well I thought because yesterday I told you that I sit right over here and you wait for me." He said and I coughed chuckling.
"Oh please, I'm here because I have nothing to do at work but writing and photography." I said and he chuckle.
"Well, looks like both of us are." He said smirking.
Since I sat down there with the guy I just met, next two weeks later, I started to become closer with him, Ralph Robert Ford. I began more comfortable and come to the book shop everyday as he bring both of us a cup of coffee and bagels sometimes and we would talk about books or random things.
"So when your boyfriend is coming?" He asked while he eat his bagel and I put Jane Eyre book down to the table. Today he wore a white shirt and a brown leather jacket.
"Probably next week, he haven't send me news yet." I said and he nod.
"You know my parents is in town and want to have dinner with me and I haven't got any date yet." I suddenly coughed and he look at me confused. "Is there something wrong?" He asked confused.
"You're asking me right?" I smirked and he smile shyly. "C'mon Ralph, why not." I said and he shock his head.
"Are you serious?!" He shocked and I nod slowly. "Oh finally!" He cheered and I chuckled.
"Oh Ralph you're acting too much, it's just a dinner! Why not? I'm your buddy now." We both looked at each other and smile. Oh Ralph, why you gotta be so handsome.
I spend my day at my studio while texting with Ralph, Steve been unactive since five days ago and I glad I met Ralph on the first place.
Need me to pick you up? He texted.
No I'm fine, I can take a cab.
Too late. Suddenly I heard a knock on my door and I think it's him. I walk over the door slowly and I open my door wearing a pink pastel dress for the occasion and he was wearing a black suit and a white long unbutton shirt.
