Ellie's POV

"I think that's all." I said staring at the boxes in the truck. Im finally done packing. I turned to look at my mom, "This is it, I'm finally gonna be on my own living in reality." My mom was tearing up and she walked towards me and wrapped her arms around me,

"Oh Ellie dear, im gonna miss you so much. I promise to visit you often to see how you're doing." I smiled sadly and got in my car. I turned on the engine and waved to my mother.

"Apartment 64 here I come." I whispered to myself. I drove off glancing several times at the side mirror of my car seeing my moms petite figure slowly going smaller until she's out of sight.

1hr and 15 minutes later.

I walked into the lobby and got my keys from the front desk. I went into the elevator holding a box full of my stuff. Ding!

Im finally at the 8th floor of the building. I looked at the key to my apartment door, "Room 24." I whispered to myself. I walked down the halls and looked at the doors.

"Room 22, 23, and 24! Aha!" I took the keys from my pocket and unlocked the door. I couldn't believe what I just saw. It's beautiful. I wandered around the room to see a big bathroom with a large bathtub, 3 bedrooms, large kitchen, and a wide-spaced living room.

"What the actual fuck. I must be dreaming." I smiled to myself and looked at my watch. It's 4:23 pm, the truck must be here any minute now. I ran out the door and bumped into someone. I fell to the ground and I slowly looked up to see a guy with beautiful brown eyes and a perfectly toned chest. Snap out of it Ellie.

"Watch where you're going." He said sternly. Jeez, he didn't even bother to help me up. "Asshole." I mumbled.

"What was that?" He asked angrily.

"You heard me." I said. This boy is getting on my nerves. What a waste, he's good looking and all but his attitude is shit.

He walked past me, bumping his shoulder to mine which caused me to fall to the ground again. "I wonder what's his problem." I said quietly.

"Don't mind him." Said this guy. I looked up and my eyes widened. Damn, he's quite good looking.

"Why thank you." He smiled. Shit did I just say that out loud. "Uh-I-Um sorry." I stuttered. He offered me a hand and I happily grabbed it as he helped me up.

"T-Thanks." I said blushing. "Im Ellie, I just moved in." I said as I smiled at him. He stuck out his hand, "What a beautiful name. Im Cameron, Cameron dallas but you can call me cam." I shook his hand and we exchanged smiles.

"Cool. Thanks for helping me by the way." I said scratching my neck and looking down. I can feel my cheeks turn bright red. He chuckled, "No problem. We should hang out sometime."

I choked on my spit, "Yeah that sounds cool. Well I gotta go unpack." Holy mother of god. I don't wanna leave him but I seriously have lots of things to do.

He nodded. I walked towards the elevator and before I could even get in he yelled, "Ellie! Wait!" He ran up to me and asked, "Can I um have your number? You know, just t-" I cut him off, "Sure, that won't do any harm." I smiled. He handed me his phone and I typed in my number.

"All good." I said handing him his phone, he smiled and we exchanged goodbyes. I got in the elevator and went to the lobby.

Could this day get any better.
