Second Person P.O.V

"Mother ! Have you seen Ruby ?"

You quickly ran down stairs from your room, you looked around left and right trying to find that overgrown flying lizard that had been by your side since your birth. As your first ever birthday your parents introduced you to Ruby who was still just an early hatch-ling who just hatched just a month before you. Ruby has saved you on multiple occasions when you were young, one time when you were at the age of five you wandered a bit too far into the forest and managed to slip out of the guard's watch.

You noticed an apple tree and decided to climb onto the tree. You were clinging onto a branch and reached out to grab the blood red apple. However the thin branch couldn't carry your weight and snapped. You screamed as tears flooded through your eyes luckily before you managed to hit the ground Ruby had swooped in and caught you. The guards who heard your screams quickly came to your aid. However Ruby already rescued you, the guards were extremely embarrassed and they picked every apple in that tree for you.

Let's just say your parents were extremely shocked to see when they expected to see their daughter with her untrained dragon and three guards instead of You riding onto a flying Ruby and three guards carrying tons of apples.

"Ruby ! Where are you-"

Speak of the devil, you and ruby both fell onto the ground. You groaned and rubbed your head from the impact. Ruby slobbered all across your face, "Gosh, get off of me you oaf ! Star's waiting for us remember ?" the mention of that bubbly princess got your overgrown lizard to quickly jump off and ran towards the carriage.

You sat up and noticed a gloved hand extending towards you, you smiled and grabbed the hand. "Father !" you exclaimed. The current king of the Gem empire, in charge of the gem trading system that includes magical and non magical gems as well.

"My dear ____, what are you doing on the floor ? You should be preparing to go to Earth to meet Star"

"I would if Ruby didn't tackle me"

Your father chuckled, you quickly made your way towards your carriage and noticed your mother was waiting by the carriage door for you. "Mother !" You quickly embraced your mother with a warm smile on her lips.

"My diamond, please be careful at Earth. I do know Star is there to help you with your training for your powers and gaining more experience. I really hope you take care and eat well"

You nodded your head and quickly entered the carriage with an excited fire breather jumping around the seats. You sat down and the guard closed the carriage door, you waved towards your parents. Your mother smiled and raised her hand, her hand glowed a bright blue showing great skill she has on her magical powers. Then her own dimensional scissors appeared in her hand and then she cut opened and a blue portal opened as the carriage started to move.

Once the carriage went through the portal you notice the environment was different, the sky was dark unlike the one in your kingdom. You saw a house coming into view however the windows lights were all shut off.

You stepped down from the carriage and the guard grabbed your luggage and place it beside you.

"Is that all your highness ?"

"Yes, that will be all"

Ruby quickly pounced towards the door, your right hand glowed a pink hue and a pink flat crystal floated underneath your luggage and then lifted it and the crystal floated beside you. You raised your hand to knock but you stop, the door was actually unlock. Feeling uneasy you stepped in front of Ruby.

"Stay behind me girl, something seems off"

You walked inside the house and both of your hands glowed pink in case.

Suddenly the lights were turned on and Star along with her friend and family jumped out of nowhere. "Ah !" You exclaimed, out of shock and since you didn't expect that a pink crystal shot out causing everyone to duck down. The crystal bounced around the house until the crystal flung our of the window causing a lot of crashing. The family looked towards you and you looked back awkwardly.

"Hi...?"

Star squealed as she jumped and embraced you in a bone crushing hug. Then the whole family came in and hugged you, Star quickly broke the hug and jumped up and down. She opened her mouth to greet you when Ruby tackled the poor princess.

"Woah ! Ruby you're so big now !"

Star continued to pet Ruby, then you looked towards the rest.

"Hello there, I'm ____. I hope I don't cause an inconvenience to you and your family"

The large man who you assumed is the father of the family shook your hand in an inhuman speed. "Hi there, I'm Mr Diaz" He then pointed towards the woman and boy. "This is my wife Mrs Diaz and my son Marco ! The more princesses the better, I can't wait to have you cook with us"

But before you could even thank Mr Diaz, Star pulled you upstairs then into her room.

"Starting today you'll be bunking with me and we can start school tomorrow !"
