When I was a young boy Inmet a girl who was the most beautiful creature I had ever laid eyes on. She was perfect, the only weird thing was that she always wore a Blue ribbon around her neck. She became my friend so I asked her about it.
"Why do you always wear that ribbon around your neck?" I asked.
"Maybe when we become best friends I will tell you" she answered with a a smile.
We soon became the bestest of friends and couldn't be separated. So I asked again.
"Now will you tell me why you wear that ribbon?" I asked.
"Maybe if we start dating I will tell you" said relied smiling.
A few months later I started to have feelings for her so I asked her out and she said yes. We started dating and I asked her again.
She simply said "If we get married and have children I will tell you".
I sighed.
We got married 5 years after that and had wonderful twin girls called Elsie and Ella. When she was on her deathbed I asked her.
"Now will you tell me about that ribbon?"
"Ok, pull the ribbon off" she said a tear sliding down her cheek.
I pulled the ribbon off and her head fell off! I told the children that she died of natural causes because I don't want them having the nightmares I have.
