A couple left their daughter home alone one night so they could go to a hotel for a conference.
Well i say 'alone', she had her dog, Maxie, with her. He would protect her.
Later on in the night, about 9ish, she saw on the news that a murder was on the loose. She got creeped out so she grabbed her dog, locked all the doors and windows and bolted upstairs to her room where she locked her self in.
There is a tiny compartment below her bed where Maxie sleeps. So if she's scared in the night, she dangled her hand and he licks it to comfort her.
At about 12/1ish she woke up to a dripping sound. She dangle sher had and felling the warm lick of her dog,fell back asleep.
Again she woke up to dripping, dangled her hand and felt calmed by the warm lick.
At last she had to find out what that noise was, so she got out of bed, turned on the lights and went to investigate. After a minute of snooping around she found the source, the bathroom. She stepped inside, turned on the light and screamed. Hanging on the shower head was Maxie...
With his throat slit open and his face in permanent anguished pain. She knew instantly that he was dead. But what really disturbed her was the writing on the bathroom wall.
"Humans can lick too"
As she read it she heard movement from under her bed...
