Chapter 9

After I caught up with him I wrapped my arms around his waist and wouldn't let go.

"Lacey....Let go!"

"Not until I get my kiss!"

"Fine!" he said pulling my arms of his waist. He then gave me a kiss. Then we both ran into the water holding hands.

We played in the water for a while then left.

We decided we would go to my house and watch a movie. We went upstairs to my room.

"You can pick the movie out." I told Austin.

He went to look at my shelf. He ended up picking out The Perks of Being a Wallflower. We both loved that movie apparently because he wouldn't stop talking about it during the movie.

/NEXT DAY/

We must of both fell asleep because he was laying next to me in the bed. Then I heard my mom shouting my name and she was coming upstairs. CRAP! I thought.

"Austin!!! Wake up!!!!"

I heard him moaning as he turned over.

"My mom is coming upstairs go hide in the closet!!!"

He went and hid. My mom came in my room.

"Hey did I leave my jacket in your closet?"

This could not be about to happen.

"Um....I haven't seen it in there...."

"Let me check for myself."

She went to the closet I started turning the knob. I had never been more nervous in my entire life.

I closed my eyes as she opened the door.

"Lacey Walker!!!! I can't believe you!!!"

Oh no. I've done it I thought.
