I laid in my bed and rubbed my stomach worrying about how I'm going to get a job before rent is due and to take care of my baby.

The next day Eric picked me up in his mint green 64' Impala and took me to this nice restaurant called, "Nobu Los Angeles".

"You really wore them Nike's out here", He says chuckling as he pushed in my seat before taking his own.

I laughed, "I'm not a heel person."

"Coo", He says before picking up his menu.

"You said you had to talk to me about something important, I say as I did the same.

"Oh yeah, lets order first", He says as the waitress approached us.

"I been here before try that right there", He says pointing to the Lobster Wasabi.

"Boy hell nah, I can't afford that; I'm still looking for a job."

"Girl why would I take you on a date and make you pay?", He questioned.

I smiled, "You're paying for me?"

"Duhhh", He replied.

The waitress finished taking our orders and walked away.

"You remember I told you I'd take care of the job shit?", He questioned.

"Yeah"

"Well I talked to a few friends of mine and told them I happen to know a sexy ass girl that should get into modeling."

I slowly looked up at him, "They said bring her by tomorrow."

A large grin stretched across my face. "Our you serious!?", I say in a loud whisper.

He laughed, "Yeah."

"Wow.. Thank you", I say in disbelief.

"No problem, now to something I been waiting to ask you for the longest", He says as he moved his hand over to mine and held it.

"Wassup", I say as I held his hand and looked in his eyes.

"I know we haven't known each other that long at all but.. My feelings for you have grown somehow; you're funny, sexy, sweet, and different."

I swear he had my heart racing within every word he said; oh god what is he about to ask me?

He continued, "I just wanna know if we can be official."

I slowly smiled. "Yeah, hell yeah", I say laughed.

He tried to cover up his smile which was so cute; the way he looked at me it was like he was undressing me and making love to me with his eyes.

I crossed my legs and hoped the food would come soon cause he was thinking was not vague at all; the food finally came along with our drinks and we began talking.

I learned so much about him; he grew up in of course Compton, use to sell drugs but decided to stop all of that for the music and is the complete soul owner of his record company "Ruthless Records", which insane; he's so young and determined.

"Oh and I have two kids but I'm not with her anymore."

"It's the same women", I questioned.

"Yeah"

"What's their names?", I ask.

"Eric Jr and Erica, they're 4 and 3 years old", He replied.

"How the fuck am I gonna tell him I'm pregnant?"

"What if when I do tell him, he doesn't want me anymore..?"

I keep thinking to myself. "You ready baby?", He questioned.

I smiled, "Yes".

We packed the rest of our food in boxers before heading out and leaving to his house.
