Sorry, this is not a definition! Rather, it's a thank you for reading my stories, whether you've been there when I first started in 2013 or just stumbled onto this page today. As a sign of my appreciation, I'm going to be hosting a Thanksgiving contest and giveaway--as the title indicates.
Although I'm more well known for this dictionary, which actually started out as a joke (oh, the irony), I actually do enjoy writing fiction stories, one of which is "Before He Was King." Below are the contest rules:
1) Be following me.
2) Have left a short comment on each chapter of "Before He Was King" or commented a paragraph regarding the entire story before Jan 15.
Good comments should show at least a little bit of effort, i.e. something not along the lines of "omg AMAZING" and "best story eva!" So it doesn't have to be super long, but it should show that you at least read the chapter. This contest is mainly so I can get some constructive criticism on my writing, and get a gauge of what sort of stories/plots you would enjoy.
The best comment will receive a $20 Amazon gift card. The winner will be announced at the end of January.
