New Year's Resolution
1) n. a tradition in which a person makes a promise to do an act of self-improvement beginning on New Year's Day.
2) n. a tradition in which a person promises they'll lead a better life, starting with getting up early to have a vegan smoothie and hit up the gym--only to wake up at noon, binge eat some raw potatoes, then go take a nap.
