Chapter Twelve

"Turn around." Jaden says, smileing like an idiot.
Turn around? I thought. Why on Earth do they all want me to turn around??
I see they are all smileing at me and telling me to turn the fuck around.

I turn around.

There, i see abel. With a box. NO THIS AINT A PROPOSAL THEY ARE 16 AND 17 GUYS. he hamds me the box. I open it and its the most beautiful necklace ive ever seen. Its this bright blue pendant with a gold chain.
I still domt get it. Abel could give ne a nacklace at any time, why now, why here in front of everybody?

I go to turn around back at them to ask what the fuck is going on, and i see they have signs in their hands. Each sign had a letter...
Cindy:P
Emma:R
Jaden:O
Gill:M?

Prom? What the fuck? I mustve looked confused as shit because abel came over and went in front of me and said;

"Sam will you go to the prom with me?"
Oh my god i totally forgot about prom! After everything that happened prom was teh least on my mind. I think its in two weeks but im not exactly sure.....
I realize im just sitting there staring at them and thinking.

Then came the answer;
"Yes."
Abel hugs me, Jaden and Emma scream, Cindy Jumps up and down, and Gill congragulated us.
"Ok i admit i forgot about prom but did you guys?"
Everyone nods. "Sam i love you and i feel likeyou need to have fun after all thay happened." Abel says looking at me.
"Oh my god kiss her abel or i will!" Emma says.
NO HE WOULDNT ACTUALLY DO THAT IT WAS A JOKE. HE IS GAY AND HES MY BEST FRIEND.
Abel kisses me and everyone starts cheering. Then we hung out at the park together. It was the most fun ive had in weeks.
Jaden sits with me on the bench. "So do you have a dress?" she asks.
"Hell no. I forgot about prom!" i answer.
"Lets take cindy dress shopping tomorow. It will be fun trying on all those dresses." she says.
I nod. Then Abel comes over and picks me up like im some little child. He puts me on the swing.
He pushes me and says, "i cant belive you said yes."
"Why wouldnt i say yes! I love you abel and your my boyfriend of course i would say yes!" i say.
Abel stops me and goes over to the table i left the necklace on. I follow him.
"Hold your hair up." he instructs me.
I do as he says and he puts the neckalace on me. Emma comes over.
"Damn girl work it."
Could he be anymore gay?
After a while of fun, everyone left and it was just me and abel.
He picks me up and swings me around and i giggle like a three year old.
Abel takes me home, and i see my mom.
"Mom abel asked me to prom!"
It felt nice. Having her there to tell my things too.
She asks about everything, and i show her the neckalace.
"When are you going to buy a dress?" she asks.
"Me Jaden and cindy are going to go tomorow. Wait i domt have any money." i say. Im such an idiot sometimes. Of course i need money yet i have none!
"I think i can help with that," mom says going to her purse, "think of this as an im sorry for everything present."
She hands me 500 dollars. God damn thats a lot of money.
And with that, i go to bed happy as fuck.
