Chapter Eleven

We all stayed home for a week. We stayed at Emmas house after we showed teh families they were all safe and fine and we brought their children home.
When we got back to school we pretty much all clung to eachother and didnt want to let eachother go.
When Jaden and Gill went off to their class together, Abel got a call from the police on his phone. They said that they found him and ssid he would most likely get the death penalty.
"Okay thank you officer" abel said ending the phone call.
He told all of us what they said when teh bell rang. We went to classes. We talked at lunch. We continued as if everything was normal.
Abel hung out with me
Gill hung out with Jaden
And Emma hung out with Cindy

Things will never be the way they were. Everything is different. But we were still together.
At the end of the day i went home. My mother was there. She told me she got a phone call from the police explaining what happened.
"Sam...................Im sorry."
Was she trying to be nice?? Since when has she actually used my real name?? Was she actually sorry? This was all new to me. She had never been nice. When i was little she said i was a "thing" and that she loved seeing my dad beat the shit out of me.
"What do you mean your...sorry? Sorry for what? You didnt make dad do that stuff. Its not your fault." I say looking at her suspiciously.
"I mean im sorry for everything. I shouldve been there for you and helped you when your dad beat you. Im a bad mother and i always will be. Im sorry." she said back.

"Your not a bad mom." I say.

"What do you mean?" she asks

"Any bad mom would never apologize. They would keep doing whatever their doing and just never apologize. You are actually trying to fix this. And therefore, you are not a bad mom."

She started crying now. I did too. We hugged. We havent hugged since i was 2. 
After all.that she had tp go to work and she said she will be back later. I go upstairs and get my phone. I have two texts.
Abel: hey kitty are you okay?

Emma❤😂: hey girl Abel texted me and cindy and said to tell you to meet us at the park. You up for it?

I answer emma.

Me: yeah, ill meet you guys there in 10.

Then abel

Me: yeah im okay abel. My mom ended up apologizing for all that shes done. She had to go to work.

Abel: Meet us at the park sam. All of us are going to be there. If you want i can pick u up on my motercycle.
Abel glt a motercycle for his 17th birthday.

Me: yeah pick me up in 5.

I get ready, and put some shorts on. Its supposed to be hot today.
Then i go wait outside for Abel and he pulls up. He gets off and greets me.
"Hey kitty." he says kissing me hello. He hands me another helmet and we hop on.

When we get to the park, i see Jaden, Gill, Emma, and Cindy standing there.
Me and abel get of the motercycle and i ask why they are here. "Youll see kitty." he answers.

We approch them. "Hey guys what are you doing here?"
They pull me into a group hug.
"We have a suprise for you sam. Turn around.." Jaden says.
