'Cause all I know is we said, "Hello."
And your eyes look like coming home
All I know is a simple name
Everything has changed
All I know is you held the door
You'll be mine and I'll be yours
All I know since yesterday is everything has changed
And all my walls stood tall painted blue
And I'll take them down, take them down and open up the door for you

Slytherin Quiddich Tryouts (Scorpius)
I had known I'd have to get my mind off of Rose when it cam to Quiddich Tryouts. Now, I couldn't fathom how I'd remotely thought that would be possible.
I couldn't focus.
My mind was thinking wildly, flashes of her note to a fluttering, golden, snitch floating in a cold, autumn breeze.
I shoved her as hard as I could out of my mind.
She was still there, a tiny wisp of her remained, but that was as close as I could get to complete focus.
I closed my eyes, took a deep breah, and walked out onto the field.
The cold early autumn wind caught me by surprise, my hair flew into my face. I tried to shove it out, but the wind was too strong to keep it out for long. I kept walking, trying to ignore my hair.
"Oi! Scorpius!" This year's Quiddich captain, Josh Wormwood approached me, his messy mass of mouse brown hair contorted into a mishapped ridge down his head. It looked awful.
"Er... Your hair?"
"Yup! You like it?"
"Um..." I said, "Sure?"
"Thanks!" he said cheerfully, "Um, Good luck. I know you're the best seeker we're possibly going to find, so...."
"I get it," I said smiling, "Thanks Josh." Josh walked away. I just stood there.
His hair. Rose. No, focus.
I felt like I was going insane.

Rose
I hoped I wasn't pushing it too far by showing up at his Quiddich tryouts. But then again, he said we could be friends, and friends are supportive, right? I hoped I wasn't being awkward.
The only other people here were giggling girlfriends of the people trying out.
All of them except for James.
"James!" I scream-whispered, "What are you doing here?" He looked up at me with his striking green eyes.
I wasn't surprised that Grace liked him, he was a hansome guy. His hair was a tousled mess that he tried to tame, but that just ended up perfecting his look. He was a jokester, he was hilarious, but he understood. He was reallly easy to talk to.
"Um, Scorpius is my friend," he said, his eyebrows knit together in confusion, "I think I should be asking you the same question." I smiled a little.
Why was I here? I didn't even know the guy. I'd studied with him once before, but that was it. I'd never really been close to him, in fact, I'd kind of been the opposite of close. I'd been mean. However, the study session had opened my eyes a little bit, I'd gotten to know him a little.
