Moving on
Staying where you are
Making new choices
Or keeping what you have
Growing older
Changing selves
Is it better to be who you were?
Or who you are?
Should you change, or stay the same?
Do you have the choice?
If I could, I'd rather stay a child
But I have to be an adult, so
What you choose doesn't matter, right?
Your fate isn't up to you, is it?
Or is it
Can you stay the same
Looking on with a child's eyes on an adult's world
Is possible, right?
Innocence can exist in darkness, not justin it's midst, but in spite of
Adversity's testing
Lights and shadows seem to beequal, but you must have one to make the other
Light is greater than darkness
And innocence's silence is stronger than chaos

Who I Am; A Poetry Collection
PoetryPoetry that reflects my life and soul. Also has my thoughts on various things, and poems about my crushes, and shouldn't be super depressing. (Shocking for a book of poetry on Wattpad, right?) Turns out you don't have to be suicidal to write poetry.
