Killua Zoldyck: Amember of the legendary Zoldyck family of assassins. Since the moment he was born, he was training in the art of assassination. He ran away from home out of boredom and participated in the Hunter exam. He's a killing machine able to kill his opponent in a matter of seconds.

He's usually kind-hearted, but has a sharp tongue. He's extremely intelligent and can stay calm in any stressful situation. He can get flustered easily when people compliment him or show any affection towards him. He's a loyal friends, shown by when he never left Gon and was always there for him.

I love how there' two different sides to him. A deadly killer and a silly kid. Sometimes it's hard to remember that he's just a kid because of his mature-like personality. It's sad to think that his childhood was taken away for him, but he makes up for it in his adventure with Gon.

Kurapika: A member of the Kurta tribe who were massacred by the Phantom Troupe. He participated in the Hunter exam in hopes it would help him in getting his revenge on the Phantom Troupe. He dedicated his life into seek revenge fueled by the hatred of the Phantom Troupe, but nonetheless he stays loyal to his friends.
He has a villain side to him, which really separates him from the other main heroic characters. His character development really suits him.

Neferpitou: I personally didn't like the Chimera Ant Arc in the anime. I thought it was too much and too long for something simple. In the arc, she was my least favorite character. She was too much of a follower and full of herself. She was to ignorant thinking that she was the most powerful creature.
