"I just thought you would hate me after what happened at Beacon," Blake added with a sigh, "I felt terrible for a leaving you and I still do." Her gaze settled on the table and she frowned.
"At least you're here now," the blonde said as she studied her partner's face, "I was worried that I'd never see you again." Yang smiled and placed her hand on Blake's, "enough with the serious stuff, let's go have some fun!" She stood up and grabbed Blake's hand, pulling her off her seat. "I'm sure we can find something to do," she exclaimed as she dragged the cat faunus out of the cafe.
Blake laughed as she was dragged out by her partner, it was nice to see her smile. "Let's go find something to do," she said as she intertwined her fingers with Yang's.
The pair walked through the streets together for a few hours, stopping in stores when they saw something that interested them. The sun was starting to go down when they began making their way back to the hospital. A smile was plastered to their faces as they walked, both of them were happy for the first time in awhile.
They were a few blocks away from the hospital when Blake heard footsteps from behind them. She quickened her pace slightly and stayed close to Yang, still a little paranoid after what had happened at Beacon.
After a few moments of silence, a voice came from behind them. A chill was sent down Blake's spine and she held onto Yang's hand tightly.
"Hello my love."
