Blake could feel her partner tense up when they heard the voice from behind them. Quickly, she turned around and stood in front of Yang, ready to defend her. She stared at the red haired man in silence and frowned. She grabbed Gambol Shroud and pointed the blade at him, she would have to fight him alone since Yang didn't have her weapon and was injured. "Yang, get out of here," she said, finally breaking the silence, "I'll deal with him." Yang frowned and nodded before running off, she would just hold Blake back if she stayed.
Adam grinned and took a step towards Blake, "still doing everything you can to protect her, my love? Well, you can't protect her if you're dead." He pulled out his sword and swung at Blake. She blocked his hit and ran at him, aiming to hit him in the side. He dodged the hit and slammed the handle of the sword into her back, knocking her to the ground. The red haired man stood over her with an evil grin, he prepared his weapon to strike her. "Too bad it has to end like this, you were a good partner while I had you."
Blake glared at him, not saying anything. She hoped that Yang had made it back to the hospital and was safe, it would devastate her if anything bad had happened to her partner.
Adam's grin faded as he dug his blade into the cat faunus' heart. "Feel the pain I have felt."
She let out a quiet gasp before everything went dark.
