(A/n): so this is my first story, and honestly I have no idea what I'm doing, but please troll's keep the hate to a dull roar. And with out further stalling on with the show!

REYS POV
The planet rocked beneath my feet, and I knew it would implode any minute. I just hoped I was off this thing before that minute arrived. Finn was lying in the snow some were, having ( predictably ) lost his little fight with Kylo Ren. Me not doing much better as I watch as he slowly approaches me with his try saber. He's finally at me and wastes no time in trying to chop my head off. I match his swing, but he's stronger then he looks, and he's pushing his saber against mine. When a big crack in the ground appeared right behind us! But Kylo didn't let up in his approach, if anything he pushed harder until I was suddenly right up against the edge of the newly formed crack. " YOU NEED A TEACHER! " He suddenly shouted at me. " I CAN TEACH YOU THE WAYS OF THE FORCE!" I wanted to shout back something like ' I'm right here theirs no need to yell' when I finally registered what he was actually saying. "What ?" I asked. "Let me teach you" he repeated, (thankfully in a normal tone of voice this time) "I can teach you how to use you anger and pain and turn it into power!" 'Could he be telling the truth? Could I be powerful?' I wondered ' I mean it couldn't be any worse then my life back on Jaku. And its not like the Resistance had really ever done anything for me. In fact ever since I saved BB-8, I had to run for my life, steal a ship, had a scary vision thing, ran for my life again, broke out of a cell, and fought for my life. Han was dead, so I really didn't have much left to lose.' After a long moment, I said "Okay, I'll let you teach me........master" I added, as I slowly lowered my saber, as he did the same. "You made the right choice." He said as we stepped away from the crack. And I could have sworn I saw him smile a little, but the next second he turned to me "We have to leave, come on." I nodded quickly. And we turned back to the base, running. We got their just in time to see a ship landing in front of us. We quickly got aboard. Some stormtroopers tryed to stop me but before they could do anything Kylo said "She's with me" that seemed to be enough for them and let me go. And as I watched star killer get smaller, and smaller I thought to my self 'hope the sith have good food.'
