It's already dark out, and I walk home cold and alone.

"Thank you Ri, I'll wait for you." I lightly nod my head at Jungkook, not lifting my head up until I hear the sound of his shoes walking away from me.

I look up to see Taehyung with crossed arms and a nonchalant look on his face staring at me from across the hall. Jungkook saw him after we hugged, but payed no attention to him whatsoever.

I avoid his piercing gaze and start to walk out too.

"So..." Taehyung begins.

I stop in my tracks to look at him.

"That asshat was the reason you're mad at me?" I nod at him thinking that he was finally understanding me and we were gonna make up but instead he scoffs.

"So the person who hurt you gets a hug and I, who only reminds you of him gets all your shit? Psh." He gives me a nasty look once more and walks ahead of me towards the school gate.

I shake my head and sigh walking faster towards my house because I was starting to shake from the harsh weather.

When I reach the street of my house, I recognize the blonde hair from afar. I walk faster, practically running already and I stop a few meters away from him. He was just standing outside my house his neck craning upwards every once in a while glancing at the windows.

He's looking for me.

His hands were shoved inside his pockets, fog was coming out off his mouth and nose and his cheeks tinted pink from the cold.

I smile a bit but bite my lip hard to stop it.

"Kim Taehyung." I cough out and he looks at me with wide eyes as if he thought I was already inside and I wouldn't see him.

"What-" I was abruptly cut off from what I was about to say when he raises his hand up to my face and stops me from saying anything.

He rolls his eyes while shoving his hand back inside his pocket and walking away from me mumbling something I couldn't really catch.

I watch him as he turns around the corner and I unlock the gate and walk inside my house the warmth welcoming me into it's embrace.

I sigh. What a dork.
