We sat and talked for a while and we decided to check back on my mom. It had been long enough for her pregnancy to carry through so we wanted to see how she was doing. To our surprise she had just gone into labor. It was a very bittersweet moment for me. Almost like I was being replaced but I knew she would be happy. I was so deep into my thoughts that I didn't even see Cam weeping next to me. Not sad tears but happy ones. He was fading, meaning he was being reincarnated. Wait reincarnated as my step sibling? Wow. That's awkward, but awesome at the same time. Would I ever be able to see him again? To love him? I really loved him despite only knowing him briefly. Love was a new emotion for me and I presumed that this new feeling I had in my stomach was love.
