Katie's POV ( At the hospital )
" But he said that you were stupid," I told Tyler.
" I don't care what he says, most other people think I'm smart."
" That's because you are smart."
" Well...Another relationship come and gone."
" Are you trying to cheer me up? cause I'll get over him."
" No you won't."
" I can."
" It'll be hard."
" Like I care. I'll just do what I always do."
" Which is what? Staying in your room thinking about how horrible your life is and almost kill yourself."
" I-I-I-I don't know," I said.
" Exactly," Tyler said.
" See you later."
" Bye love ya sis."
" Bye love you too."
( Back at the house, Katie's in her room )
Knock,knock.
" Hi Katie."
" Hi Hunter. I'm guessing you heard Tyler and I's conversation at the hospital."
" I did actaually."
" That was only one time... I mean when I almost killed myself," I said," If that's what you're wondering."
" Oh," he said.
" I wasn't planning on doing that now."
" Good," he said. I swear I heard him mumble because I need you." So what's up?"
" The celing," I said.
" Haha very funny now answer me."
" Okay... I'm just sitting here reading, at least I was."
" Sorry. Do you want me to leave?"
" No! I mean I enjoy your company."
He checked his phone," I have to go anyway, they need me at work."
" Okay see you later."
" Bye Katie."
I could hear him close the front door from my bedroom because I'm the only one home and now everyone is now at work. I'm kinda hungry.
( In the kitchen )
" Hello.....Wh are you here?"
" Hi Katie, I'm here to take you and Tyler somewhere."
" Where is he?" I demanded.
" In my car," he said, " How's your arm?"
" Goo-wait how would you know about my arm when you've been in Pennslvania the whole time, unless you did it."
" You're right, I did do it and actaually I've been living in a hotel nearby."
" Why are you doing this? I was starting to like you."
" Because I care about you that's part of the reason that I married your mother."
" I don't have a choice to go with you or not do I?"
" No because I thought you'd like to travel with your step dad," he said taking me to his car.
He started to drive away I think that he was taking us to the hotel he was staying at.
" Bang!" Just like that we were in a car accident. The man that hit us came rushing over and I got out." Please tell me I didn't kill anyone."
" I don't know just call an ambulance to get the driver. Would you mind taking my brother and I home?"
" Sure," he said. The ambulance took David to the hospital and the man left us at our house. We were in the living room, Tyler was laying on the couch.
" Tyler please don't die! Please! I need you!"
" It's okay. Katie, just enjoy the time with me while you can."
" It's gonna be hours before someone comes home and they usually come home together," I said. And with that Tyler was dead or at least I think he is, I'd rather him be in coma though.
( 2 hours later )
I was still sobbing on Tyler's shirt, which made his shirt soaked. I had to lay down on the floor, there was a sharp pain in my ribs. Then Leo, Lynette, and Jason opened the door and Leo found us, " Lynette get back in the car! Jason pick Tyler up and I'll get Katie we're taking them to the hospital."
