The Adventure Of G+J

~ Before Our Adventure ~

It was just an average day in my algebra class, I didn't know anyone in the class and the girl who I tried being friends with in the beginning of the year had left to some other class. I was to scared to try and speak with anyone of the other student's , I barely even had the courage to walk into class. I've suffered of social anxiety for years and it got worse when I entered high school. So for my time in algebra, I remained sitting alone at a table, minding my own business. Months of being in that class passed and everyday was the same thing, just a different lesson, but not today. Today is the day he showed up, he got moved into my class and he sure caught my attention. Well he caught everyone's attention, he was the loudest student in class. He's cute, tall, interesting and I can't help but want to get to know him more. I had spoken to him before but it was a short conversation about pants didn't even last more then 5 minutes but that was months ago but now he's here. I ended up developing a crush on the guy but ignored it because at the time I had a crush on one of the guys that was in that class. His name was Peter and he also had a crush on me too. I was waiting to see if anything would become of him and I but nothing was happening. A month or more had passed and I still didn't have the courage to talk to the guy who caught my attention. I had a field trip today to the university and my friends and I decided to hang out at the bleachers. An there he was running the track. I had said to myself that today is the day that I work up the courage to talk to him, how, I had no idea. Time ticked by and my friend Anthony showed up. We've been friends since middle school and he is basically a brother to me. So we would always mess with each other, on this day he had taken my phone and headphone's and ran off with them onto the track. I had gotten my phone back but Anthony had given my headphones to the guy I've been trying to work up the courage to talk to for weeks. 

 Well this is my chance to at least talk to him, not the situation I was going for but it will work. He had ended up running and I chased after him, attempting to get my headphones but soon ended up giving up and said screw it , he was way faster then me and I stood no chance. He eventually gave me what was mine back and that's when we started talking. I introduce myself " Thank you , I'm Grace, what's your name " He says his name is Justin and gives a gently smile. We make our way back into the school and continued talking , he seemed to have a really happy look on his face for some reasons and even though Anthony and my friend Trisha was with us. He kept his attention on me, talked to me the most and hugged me so many times for no reason. Turns out he was also going on the field trip today and was very happy and or excited that I was going to. We continued talking the remainder of lunch and headed back to our class to check in for the field trip. Sadly we didn't get to hangout during the ride to the university or at all during the trip but the next week or so you found me on a social media website and we became friends. We talked, an talked till we couldn't think of anything else to say. It felt like we've known each for so long but in reality we barely even had started talking. For some odd reason I was so comfortable with you and you were so easy to talk to. Everything just seem right at the time. We started hanging out, well move of briefly talking in person and every time you were around me you seemed like the happiest person ever but you'd always leave so quickly, would I do something wrong, did I say something wrong that made you not want to be around me long. I would want to talk to you more but didn't have the courage to chase after you or speak up. Turns out I had the whole wrong idea , I hadn't said anything wrong or did anything wrong in general. Turns out you were just a bit nervous to be around me.
