I wake staring at the white ceiling above; my eyes blur from tears that coat them. My mind replays the last night and our actions towards each other. I have never felt such way before for another man. I begin to lift myself up as I did shocks of pain slip underneath my skin. I put my hand on throbbing painful area on neck.

The tears that were held in begin to pour down my cheeks. 'He claimed us,' my wolf cheered in my mind. If she felt the pain I was feeling she would be crying. 'Mary, I can feel the same such pain as well, but I feel more happiness than the pain,' she speaks. I take slow deep breaths trying to rid the pain, but it only grew stronger.

A hand touch where I bitten making but pleasure penetrate my skin replacing my cries with a sudden breathless moan. I can hear the wolf inside my howling in pleasure. A sudden heat overtook my body and all I wanted was Joshua.

"Sweet, it's alright I'm right here." He whispers, I could feel a shift in the bed as he sits up breathing on my shoulder where he bit me.

"I..." trail off as I stare at him. His eyes turn to black, then back to natural hazel. 'He wants us,' my wolf cheers. I feel heat spread across my cheeks at the sound Margret voice.

"Mary, don't be like that." He calmly says.

"Like I said before, I will wait." He touches my hand send. I feel somewhat relief come to my body at his words; I look down at his hand and wrapped my other hand around his.

"I love you Mary, I will always put your feelings first." I feel tears trying to break at his words, but I held them in.

"I love you too," I say. I never felt words so true come from my lips. I smile to myself at that thought.

"Come on Mary, we must get ready. I want you to meet the pack today." I snap my head to him, looking at his eyes gleam at me in joy.

"But Joshua, I can't meet them like this," I gesture to the over large gown on me. He smiles at me gleefully.

"Already covered. My best friend and beta of the pack recently found his mate." I look at him in confusion, what did that have to do with me?

"She looks about your size and will gladly give a few garments for today, then after we will buy a whole wardrobe for you." I smile at his words.

A nock sounded making my heart jump.

"That must be them," he says. I quickly jump out of bed and make myself look presentable. As the door opens, I hear Joshua great them. A wide smile stains my lips until I saw Nancy before me. A gasp cracked the air as I stare into her brown eyes.

"Mary, it's been so long." Her sweet honey coated voice filled the air.

“You know each other?” I see Joshua smile. I nod as I stare into those familiar frightful brown eyes.

“It’s been a long time,” I croaked remembering the last time I saw her.
