Distracting An Argent

Mia's POV

"What- he wants you to tap into your animal side and get angry? Alright well, correct me if I'm wrong but every time you do that you try to kill someone, and that someone is usually me." Stiles pointed to himself. 

We all walked in the hallway to discuss our yet new favorite guy to discuss lately, Derek. I don't even know but for some damn reason he always gets brought up. I get it, but Derek isn't the most of our problems we have on our list right now. Scott is trying to find a way to control so he thought it was a lovely idea to ask Derek to help him. The ass wolf the threatened us soooo many times. 

"Could possibly even happen to me but may I ask why do you even trust Derek considering he has threatened all three of us not to mention threatened to rip my throat with his teeth. I mean, didn't not know he was now a vamp wolf." I pushed my way between the two boys to get in the middle. Stiles let out a chuckle and put his hand up in the air for a high five and I gladly accepted with a smile.

"I completely agree with Mia here. She has a really good damn point Scott." Stiles gestured to me. "When are you seeing him again? Even though I freaking hate the idea of him at all at this point." I spoke but he just continued to ramble, "he told me not to talk about it. Just ask normal and get through the day-" Stiles cut him off.

"Uhh dude, hello? When?" He slapped his shoulder as he rolled his eyes. "He's picking me up at the animal clinic after work." Scott stopped to look at both of us. I looked over to see Stiles with his thinking face in motion. "Okay Stiles, what  are you thinking?" I squinted at him. 

"After work.. Alright, well that gives me the end of the school day then." Stiles rocked on his heels. "Umm.. May I ask what?" I slightly raised my hand. 

"What Mia said." Scott looked at Stiles confused. "To teach you myself." Stiles replied.

Let me explain to you that Stiles' plans never go to "plan." It usually either involves someone getting in trouble or worse then the plan falls way different then it normally was suppose to. Just his plans never work.

"I'm guessing this is how  I'm going to spend my free time." I sighed and looked at Scott then back at Stiles then back ahead of me. "With two idiots." I rolled my eyes and walked off away from the boys.

I walked into lunch to see Stiles and Scott sitting as Stiles ate an apple and Scott hid behind his book to avoid any type of Allison noticing him. 

You see, Scott sorta has come up with this stupid idea that Allison made him weak so basically I went on and on telling him that ignoring Allison was the most stupid thing to do considering every time he sees her he runs away and lets not forget his favorite excuse when he's avoiding, "My phones broke." Ha, classic. 

I started walking up to the two idiotic boys and Scott peeped over his book and his eyes widened. Which caused me to stop in my tracks. Confused as ever, I stood there like a lost puppy looking at him as I furrowed my eyebrows and tilted my head.

He started to wave me away signaling me to go. Stiles turned his head back to see what was going on and he just looked at me and shrugged as he went back to eating his apple.

I looked to see Allison smiling over towards me as she got up from her seat. I looked at Scott slowly understanding what was going on and once I finally realized and was fully away why, I widened my eyes as soon as I seen Allison walk up to me smiling and me being me as I was stuck with being nervous I started to babble.

"Oh my god, hey Allison! So how are things going? I'm doing great! Uh.. I mean not great but not bad, ya know? Which is a very confusing story that we could definitely save for later!" I laughed awkwardly as I patted her shoulder trying to walk away from this.

"Wait!" Allison gripped my arm gently. "Have you seen Scott? I've been meaning to try to talk to him but I feel like he's avoiding me." Allison's face dropped as she frowned.

"Wha-what!?" My voice squeaked as it went all high pitched. "Him? Avoiding you? No!" I tried to fix my voice but I just couldn't.

I have this thing when I lie, my voice will totally sound like I just was starting to hit puberty. I get all high pitch and I start to laugh nervously.

Allison looked at me weirdly but she seemed to shrug it off. "So do you have any idea where he is?"

"Um, I mean I saw him earlier but my silly head can not remember when or where!" I forced out a laugh. The most nervous laugh ever.

"What do you mean you can't remember?" Allison looked at me suspiciously and bit her lip. "I mean-uh- he's just like everywhere! You can just never catch up with him! I'm pretty sure I saw him though.. I-I saw him the last time I saw him!" Oh god, I'm so blowing this. She's already.

She looked over my shoulder causing me to turn and see Scott eyes wide as he had his book covering half his face. "Scott?" Allison questioned as she started walking over to him.

Before she could get the chance to get over there Scott jumped out of his seat and darted out the lunch room causing Allison to run after.

"SCOTT!" I heard her yell as it faded away.

I walked over to where Stiles was and sat in the chair Scott was in and sighed. "Well, you can't say I didn't try." I shrugged and snatched the apple out of Stiles' hand and took a bite. "Oh, gee thanks Mia. Glad you asked to take a bite." Stiles squinted at me and I sent a very innocent smirk.

"I'm too innocent and cute for you to say no." I smiled as I took another bite. "Yeah, okay." Stiles scoffed before snatching the apple back.
