A/N: I don't know if you all remember but I suck at writing action so please don't hate me...

I looked up from where I was standing, gritting my teeth when I saw a plane flying overhead, getting read to land. I turned around, heading into a building to get ready for my attack. My heart was beating fast and deep down I knew I shouldn't be doing this... But what choice did I have at this point? I swallowed the lump that formed in my throat, watching everyone exit the plane and more than likely make plans for how they would rescue Charles. I squinted, watching Raven disappear then suddenly reappear up by Erik. I then noticed she wasn't alone and that Peter Maximoff was with her, causing me to take a shaky breath. I watched the others jog over to a wall of debris near the entrance of the pyramid, one of them disappearing in a cloud of blue smoke at the sight of Warren flying towards them.

I blinked rapidly, trying to control my breathing while I waited for the right moment to drop. Storm dropped out of the sky, sending a car flying towards the group lead by my brother. He caught it, throwing it back at her only to have Psylocke cut it in half and land in front of them. I took a deep breath as I knew it was time for me to join in the fight, jumping off the building and landing behind Psylocke. I watched Hank's eyes widen at the sight of me, my heart hurting a little. Psylocke tilted her head up a bit before saying in a sinister tone, "Split them up." I nodded, even though she couldn't see me, and went through the ground, appearing behind the girl with red hair. I grabbed her arm, taking her into the ground with me and bringing her back up into a building. She ripped out of my grip and sent me flying with her Mutation.

I smirked, my eye brows raising. "Telepath..." I mused. "Hm. I've met a few, but you..." I ran my tongue across my bottom lip, using my powers to destroy part of the ceiling above her, watching it come crashing down. "You're weak." I taunted, kind of regretting it when she threw the piece of ceiling back at me. I sank into the floor, reappearing behind her and began throwing punches. I felt myself freeze, a strange feeling making it's way into my head. I gritted my teeth once I realized she had entered my head. "Let me go!" I hissed.

"You don't have to do this." She said calmly, ignoring the chaos going on outside. "This isn't what your daughter would have wanted."

I narrowed my eyes at her, my fists clenching. "My daughter is dead! She can't have anything!" I shouted, pushing her out of my head and beginning my attack once more. "She's gone!" I shouted again, pinning her to the way. My chest was heaving with anger and my eyes were staring into hers with rage. "You don't know what the hell you're talking about, kid."

"What about Edward?" She asked, as if not realizing her life was hanging on a thread. "This isn't you, Riley. You don't have to do this." She explained. "If he was here-"

My eyes filled with tears and I gripped her throat tightly in my hands. "Except he isn't!" I snapped, raising her off the ground a little. She began to wheeze, her hands gripping onto mine tightly, trying to pry me off of her.

My eyes suddenly went black as I stood there, unable to see anything until I saw Erik in front of me. He was holding our daughter in his arms, smiling down at her. I felt a tear slide down my cheek as I felt myself releasing the girl. My vision came back after a few moments, making me blink and look around, seeing that the little bitch escaped. I growled, sinking into the floor.
