Chapter 3: ThatRandomFox.

Vixen's POV

I heard my door get slammed open and quickly shut. Groaning I turned over and covered myself with the blankets.

"Wake up Vixen! Get yo butt out of bed!" Eddie said excitedly, too excitedly for this early.

"Five more minutes." I moaned, not wanting to get up.

"Don't make me bring Chef in here." He warned.

"Whatever." I mumbled. I guess he had heard me and I heard the pitter patter of feet coming across the room. Something jumped onto the bed and my face started to become wet. "I'm up!" I yelled, nudging the object out of my face. I finally got a better look at the object and saw it was a bulldog.

"That is Chef, Chef, that's Vixen." Eddie said introducing us.

"Cute dog. So where are we going today?" I asked, stretching a bit. Chef jumped off my bed and trotted out of the room. Where to? I had no idea.

"To get you some school supplies and some more clothes. And one, we have already started on." He said slyly.  I must have had a puzzling look on my face because Eddie gestured over to the bedside table, a black piece of fabric was waiting on it.  I grabbed it and the fabric unfolded itself. It was a shirt. Black with white lettering on it that read Sly is my favourite creature, in big capital letters. I grinned and he came down for a hug. I embraced him and he smiled. We pulled away from the hug and I got out of my bed.

"Now get out so I can get dressed." I said pushing Eddie out of the room.  I decided to put on the new shirt Eddie gave me, the pair of jeans I was wearing yesterday as well as the shoes.  Walking out of my room, I saw Eddie waiting by the door.

"You ready to go?" He asked.

"Yup." I said with a smile. He grinned and we walked out to the car. I opened the door and went inside. Eddie started the car and we were off. After twenty minutes we had arrived at a store called Staples, the building was red and white. Once Eddie had stopped the car I opened up the door and we walked side by side towards the store. Once we got inside Eddie grabbed a cart and started to walk around the store. I grabbed some binders, a pencil case and other bits and bobs that I would need for school. Most of the stuff was purple, white or black, my favourite colours actually, but I never knew why. As we continued throughout the store, Eddie kept looking over his shoulder, or just around the area.

"Is everything alright?" I asked concerned.

"Yeah, I just over heard someone earlier who sounded like one of the guys. I kind of don't want to introduce you to the fandom yet." He replied carelessly, like I knew what a 'fandom' was.

"And what is a fandom?" I said making air quotes with my hands when I said fandom.

"Oh! Right. A fandom is just a group of people who enjoy a group or content. It's another word for a fan base pretty much. But these are some of the more crazy ones." He said with his hand behind his head. He didn't explain any further, but I didn't mind. I'm sure as I went to school in the next few days, I would probably meet someone who can tell me more about it.  I shrugged it off but I heard a voice coming from somewhere close in the store. It sounded familiar.  Laughing and pissed off voices were just around the corner.

"Uh, isn't that Dan?" I asked gesturing to the aisle beside us. Eddie listened and nodded.

"Go and hide around the corner. I'll make sure they don't know you're here." He whispered. "It'll be like a spy mission." I smiled and took off around the corner, almost crashing into two other guys, Dan and Jordan.  I hid around the corner and listened in on the conversation.
