A First Date?

Lock's POV
I began waking up as I felt my head pounding, I was expecting to feel other pain or to feel cold floor underneath me, but I didn't. I felt engulfed in warmth as I opened my eyes quickly, causing me to shut them again quickly as I was met with a blinding light.

"He's waking up!" I heard a slight high pitched voice say as I opened my eyes again slowly, letting myself adjust to the brightness of the room.

"Yay! He's not dead!" I heard a slightly lower but still high pitched voice say a I sat up and looked at my surroundings and noticed Macy and Katie by my side their ears and tails twitching slightly.

"What happened..?" I asked as I was shocked at how bad my voice sounded out loud.

"Well, some guys where attacking you so Macy and I decided to go all attack mode and clawed and attacked them until they let you go." I heard Katie say as I nodded my head slightly, making the pain slightly worsen for a few seconds.

"And once they dropped you and ran, we decided to bring you to the nurses office. Mostly because you were bleeding out pretty badly." Macy said as my eyes finally landed on the two Neko's in front of me.

"Well in that case, thank you guys. And what time is it?" I asked as I finally noticed how there wasn't much sunlight in the room.

"Well, it's around 4 so the sun is starting to set. If you want, I can drive you home?" Katie offered as Macy nodded her head.

"Well, thanks and sure. But was I really out for that long?! I mean, we are supposed to get out of school around 2:40." I stated as I didn't bother trying to hide my surprise.

After a little while of talking the nurse came in and asked us to leave since she has to get home soon. We agreed as the girls helped me up and we started towards Katie's car. Once we where halfway through the parking lot, Macy broke away as she said that she lives farther away so she would take her own car. Katie and I agreed and said our goodbyes before getting into her car and driving off.

Once I made it home Katie turned down the music and wished me a good night before saying goodbye and waving as she drove off down the street. I sighed deeply as I walked inside only to see my sister sitting on the couch and eating something while watching black butler.

"Welcome home, clutz" Alex said to me as I plopped myself down on the couch next to her.

"I'm not even going to argue with that nickname.." I said as I sighed deeply and reached for her bowl of popcorn and took a handful.

"Exactly, 'cause you know it's true and you can't deny it." She said in a sing song voice as I nodded then quickly remembered something.

"Haven't you already seen this show like a million times?" I asked her as I reached for another handful of popcorn.

"No, it was actually twice, and this is my third time. So deal with it. Now go upstairs and do homework or something and leave me to my lovely anime." Alex Replied as she began eating popcorn again.

I shrugged as I got off the couch and slung my book bag over my shoulder before quickly dashing up the stairs and into my room as I shut the door and pulled out my phone. I turned on a song as I connected it to my speaker and sat on my bed as I got out my math homework.

A couple of hours at most passed before I heard the front door open and close, signaling that my mom was home. I sighed as I sat my biology book down and paused my music before walking out into the hallway. I walked downstairs as I saw my mom and Alex sitting on the couch happily talking. The moment my mom noticed me she immediately stopped smiling.
