Phil hugged dan in comfort who currently had his arms wrapped around his knees in deep thought.
"Do you ever just... I don't know ... feel worthless ? Like you shouldn't have ever existed in the first place?" Dan mumbled
Phil looked down at dan worryingly and stroked his hair out of his face. He placed a loving kiss on Dan's forehead and stroked his cheek.
"Well not really, at least not anymore, but I feel like we humans have a purpose in this world. Every single one of us have a reason to be here and yes, some people were a suprise but hey, they might find a cure for deadly illnesses." Phil chuckles a bit.
"Why are you feeling this way all of a sudden ?"
Dan looked up with remorse in his eyes.
"I dont know phil. I hate it so much. Just when I thought I could finally move on from my past and shit But no, I'm just some stupid bitch who cries about everything and can't handle anything."
"Dan?" Phil asks as his voice breaks
"Yeah?"
" I love you"
Dan smiled a bit and hid his head between his knees, trying to hide his reddening cheeks
"Love you too you cheeky shit" Dan said muffled
