It is such a beautiful day
I have realised, roads all clean
Birds all chirping, little lizard crawling
And sun rising to a new day.
All too beautiful to be today.
Street lights are still on
And mosquitoes still not gone,
Coolers and fans for sleepers inside.
Wind swirling, trees rustling
For early birds, that's me for the first time.
It is such a beautiful day,
I have realised.
All too quiet, no human voice,
No honking horns, no quarrelling sight
Just empty roads with beautiful light
Leaves dancing and sun glowing.
Is it what they say morning is,
Then indeed it is beautiful
What a marvelous today.
A/N:
We all have became night owls and early birds are hard to find
and i don't know how i woke up early that morning and was able to witness sun rise, it was beautiful and so moving that it inspired me to compose this poem.
This was written a long time ago, and i know i can do so much better but i wanted to start publishing so here it is.
