Joining The Club

Your POV

Class ended, starting the lunch period. I watched the girl get up and walk towards the stairs, going up to the roof. I turned to Taro.

You: "Hey, can I ask you something?"
Taro: "Sure, ask away"
You: *Slightly blushing* "Who's that girl with the blue hair and spiderweb stockings?"
Taro: "Oh, her? Her name's Oka Ruto. I don't know much about her, except she's the leader of the occult club. Why, you like her?" *joking*
You: "Not cool man. But thanks for telling me. I think I'll go talk to her"

I left the room, heading up to the roof. I got up there, and I spotted her, looking around the corner, watching two girls talk to each other. I walked over and tapped her on the shoulder, causing her to nearly jump out of her skin.

Oka: "Don't hurt- oh, y-you're that new boy... uh... hi..."
You: "What're you doing up here?"
Oka: "C-club activities..."
You: "Oh right, you're the leader of the occult club, right?"
Oka: "Y-yes, why?"
You: "I want to join"

Her face lit up like a Christmas tree. I don't know what I was thinking, but if it let's me get closer to her then it'll be fine. How bad could it be?

Oka: "Y-you really want to join?"
You: "Yes"
Oka: "T-this is wonderful news... well... consider yourself a member... I'll meet you after school in the club room..."

I went back downstairs, to enjoy my lunch, and so I can think of how to pull this off...
