Kim came back after bringing our food and drinks.
"So how was everything? Can i get anyone anything else?" I couldnt help it i slowly stood up and walked away. I made sure to leave my phone on the counter,i had turned on my voice recorder and left it there.
"Listen jared i really should tell you that you need to stop doing this sneaking around thing your doing. Your wife really does love you and trust you."
"Listen kim you need to stay out of my business. Phoebe knows nothing about mine-our extra activities and id like to keep it that way. Got it!"
"Yeah just be careful okay jar. Dont hurt her she really does love you."
"Yeah i know we have a son together so obviously, here this should cover the bill." I came back to find jared and neko standing by the door waiting to leave. I was still mad.
"The checks payed for we can leave when your ready." He seemed emotionless.
"I have to grab my phone give me a minute." I walked over to the tablw and grabbed it.
"Ready?" I grabbed nekos hand and walked out. When we got home i grabbed my head phones and walked into the bathroom. I turned on the recording that was from the diner.
"you need to stop doing this sneaking around thing your doing. Your wife really does love you and trust you."

"Yeah just be careful okay jar. Dont hurt her she really does love you."
"Yeah i know we have a son together so obviously, here this should cover the bill." What the hell did i just listen to. I slowly pulled out my head phones.
"Babe whats for dinner? If you want i can order us a pizza." Jared came bounding up the stairs.
" I'm not feeling too good. Im just gonna go to bed in the spare room tonight." I walked out into the hallway and headed down the halls to say goodnight to Neko.
"Babe if your not feeling well dont kiss neko or hug him."
"I know jared i wasnt born yesterday." I rolled my eys.
"Phoebe did i do something wrong?" I looked at jared and raised my brow,
" i dont know jar you tell me, have you?" I looked at him eyes burning a hole through his lie. Hoping he'd just confess instead of making me dig deeper. It was better if was just honest up front. Instead of always playing the game of cat and mouse.
"Not that im aware of." Jared looked at me with confusion but i could see the guilt on his face.
"Okay if this is the truth then i will drop my crusade." I knew that it wasnt the case. But if he knew i was poking holes in his lie he'd stop and I'd never get to the bottom of this.
"Nothings going on trust me." Okay did he really just lie to my face.
"K." I walked away without looking back.
