We drove in silence the entire ride. I mean i love jared and originally i did come downstairs to apologize but in the long run i knew we werent on perfect terms.
"Were here buddy, time to stuff our faces." Jared reached in the backseat to unbuckle neko and pick him up.
"Daddy, no im a big boy now i can walk all by myself." Neko had the biggest smile plastered across his face.
"Are we now?" Jared and i both look at each other and chuckled.
"Can we still hold your hand buddy?" I ask neko looking at him.
"I guess." Neko grabbed ahold of our hands and gripped tightly.
"Hi jared, table for three?" The waitress looked from jared to me and back to jared.
"Yeah thanks kimmy." I turned to jared and whispered,
"Kimmy? And u know her from where exactly?"
"We um used to sort of, i guess-"
"SPIT IT OUT ALREADY!"
"DATE, we used to date." Jared looked at me ashamed.
"Was it that hard to tell me, lets go sit down your so difficult sometimes." I cant believe in two days that two different woman who are all goo goo eyes on him.we sat down to eat. To my luck kim was are waitress.
"So what can i get ya'll this morning?" Kim said as she touched jared arm playfully. At that moment i almost lost it but i had to keep my cool before i made a scene.
"Yes right well to the point i see. Id like a strong cup of coffee." I looked at her sarcastically.
"Same for me kimmy." Jared said starring her in the eyes.
"And for you little man?" Kim laughed a liitle.
"Juice pwease."
"Alright well ill be back in a few minutes or so to talk you entree order." Kim walked off happy and content.
"So kimmy?"
"Babe it was a 2 month fling on and off."
"K."
"Babe im serious so stop with the childish act."
"And i said k so."
"K."
