Speechless

Part nine: falling hard.

Later at night.

"Ugh Haley! I told you we shouldn’t have eaten all that junk food."

"I know. My stomach is killing me." Haley and I lay out on my bed holding our stomachs as we watched our 7th movie of today, I looked at the clock and it was almost 12.

"Niall still hasn’t texted you?"

"No, he’s really busy getting ready for the movie and stuff."

"Crap that sucks."

"I know." Suddenly my phone started vibrating. Haley tossed it to me and I smiled when I saw Niall’s name.

"Hello?" I answered.

"Jezz I missed your voice."

"Same here!"

"I don’t know how we’re going to do this Alicia."

"Why you saying that?"

"Because I miss you too much."

"I miss you to Niall." I said smiling into the phone. Haley looked at me like I was insane.

"What did you do today?"

"Laid around and watched movies with Hales."

"That sounds so amazing."

"What did you do?"

"I worked all day on the film, music videos and songs."

"Poor baby." Listening to him talk made the situation so much easier. His voice sounded more Irish like on the phone, which I loved.

"I’ve gotten a surprise for you though."

"What?"

"I can’t tell ya love!"

"Why?"

"Because it’s a surprise, you’ll LOVE it though" Damn I hate surprises.

"Fine."

"Say hello to Haley for me."

"Haley Niall says hey!"

"Hey Niall! Tell the boys I said hey!"

"Did you hear her?"

"Yeah I did love. Everyone’s asleep though." I smiled at the phone.

"So what are you doing now?" I asked.

"Laying in this hotel bed talking to you." Hearing him say this made me smile.

"Awh, promise me you’ll get some sleep."

"Not now, I’m talking to you."

"But promise me you’ll get some sleep."

"Promise?" I repeated.

"Promise."

"Okay."

"I just don’t know Alicia."

"What do you mean?"

"I miss you way to much."

"It’ll be okay lovely."

"No it won’t."

"Yes it will. You said so yourself." He sighed on the phone.

"It’s only day one." I said.

"It’s the longest of them all."

"You really need to your sleep babe."

"I want to talk to you." I smiled, there’s no winning here. Either way I lose.
