Chapter Three

Elena's P.O.V

"So...." I started as I'm setting down on my chair, "we all know what this meeting is about I believe" I looked around the room and all the three of them nodded,

"OK good, now to business" I turned my face to Mr Gilbert and started

"Mr Gilbert you are aware of my desire to build this huge shopping mall that almost looked like its a city only for shopping." Mr Gilbert kept the fucking smile on his fucking face before answering "yes I do Miss Maxwell, which is a great idea by the way it's gonna be the first in the whole country".

'So if you know that already why the stalling till now you idiot' I said with so much anger and frustration in my mind, but kept a relaxed face on the outside. "OK good, so without any further talking I'm gonna give 50M for the land" There was a small amount of surprise on his face but he shoke his head to refocus again.

I feel like this meeting will not go as planned. "I'm sorry, but that's not enough" he looked like he wanted to say more so I stayed quiet, "I can give the land and take the 50M, but as you know this the last land that belong to me...." He left his speech open but I got what he is trying to say before even finishing. "Hmm ok Mr Gilbert I see, 5% from the profit will be yours" I said it in a final tone.

"Miss Maxwell if your project break through as you planed, you will gain close to 1M a day" It's the first time Joshua Grand to talk and he already scored with his British accent. "Well, you see Mr Grand you are not the only one who is part in this project so 5% is final", he smirked to me with the glin in his eyes after I finished talking and let me tell you that look made want to drag him into my office to have my way with him.

"Fair enough" said Mr Gilbert "OK then, we will let our lawyers meet to make contract for us to sign" I said with a cheerful tone. We all shoke hands and then they left but not before I see Joshua looking at me like he is starving and not for food. "Well, that went better than I thought" said Malin, "Yeah, but I don't like that Joshua guy" I said with narrowed eyes on the place he was setting on. "Why?!" Said a confused Malin, "he looked like the type that screamed danger and he always looked like he
knew something that you don't and I don't like that feeling at all". Malin looked like she was trying to understand what I just said while we moved to my office. "Order me a new coffee and a salad and send me the important files now"
"OK Miss".

The whole day went normally after that and I changed to my 'The Deal sealer' shirt and went to the lunch and got what I wanted as always. The day was going smoothly and I only have some papers to sign with some calls to make to prepare myself to all the hard work that is ahead of me because the 'Shopping World' was gonna be my priority from now on.

The day came to an end with me still having high spirit, "Malin, as always don't bother me at night and if there was something urgent, you know how to find me" I said as I was walking to the elevator to leave the company. "Yes of course Miss" she said that with a smirk on her face and let me tell you why, she thinks that I have a boyfriend that I keep a secret because I'm famous, little did she knew that what I keep a secret is not a boyfriend but my sex addiction.

The ride to my home was peaceful with me playing soft music in my ears that almost made me fall asleep. "We're here Miss" my driver said waking me up from the haze I fall under, "Oh, thanks Gorge" he nodded in acknowledgement.

I walked to my bedroom took of my clothes and went to the bathroom for a long hot bath that the maid prepared for me. The water felt like heaven after this long ass successful day, I was starting to fall asleep in my bath, but a sudden voice woke me up.

I looked over to my phone that was laying next to on the toilet that was lighten up with a new text. I frowned because no one call me at that time of the day, I should have turned it of since I arrived. I grabbed my phone to see that the message is from Malin, which confuse and irritate me "I'm so sorry miss but Mr Gilbert asked for another meeting tomorrow before signing the papers".

That stupid old some of bitch couldn't just leave me have a happy full day he had to ruin it,'GOD DAMNED'. I left the bathroom and dried myself before calling Malin,

" What the fuck is going on Malin?" That was the first thing that came out of my mouth the moment she answered. "I'm really sorry, but his PA called me 10 minutes ago saying that he changed his mind about 5% and he wants another deal".

I never felt that kind anger before that made me shake in my place so badly, "What is my plans tomorrow, Malin?" The question came out tight through my lips that I sound foreign to my own ears,

"You have a lot of meetings with the companies that will be included in the project like Victoria's secret". Malin finished talking with a shaky voice that made me feel a bit bad but I pushed it aside because it's not important now, "OK, cancel my lunch date with Staphany and put them there instead do you understand?".

I paced with talking on the phone that made me feel a bit dizzy, so I sat down while listening to Malin, " Yeah yeah, I understand Miss I'm on it now"

I hang up after that and went to bed trying to sleep after this disturbing phone call.
