My name is Scarlett NightWalker. I go to Jane B. Eisner Midle School. I'm not really anyone important. I'm pretty shy and because of that, I don't have the courage to talk to anyone and make any friends. I tried to make friends, but I guess I'm not loud enough...Anyways, let's get on with the story.
I was walking down the halls of my school alone, like always, and ran into this boy leaning against a locker. He seems like a nice guy, but he also seems like the quiet, but dangerous guy. He looked up from the ground to face me. "Hey. What's your name? You new here?" He asked me. "Um...I'm actually not...This is my third year in this school...My name is Scarlett NightWalker." I responded. He gave me a look of disbelief and mumbled a few words. I asked him to repeat them and he told me, "My name is Josh. This is also my third year here." I didn't know what to say afterwards. I really wanted a friend and he's the only person that's talked to me at all in this school. "Be my friend!" I yelled. "Please..." My face started to turn deep red. I looked at him in the eyes and he looked pretty surprised. "Uh, sure..." He said. "Really?!" I asked, very shocked by his answer. "Yeah. You seem like a nice girl. I look forward to getting to know you." He told me as he smiled. I smiled a little and couldn't help but hug him. "W-Why are you hugging me?!" He asked, freaked out. "I'm sorry. I just never had a friend before!" I told him and smiled. He kind of looked at me a little sad for a few seconds, then quickly smiled again. I was confused by this. Was he actually sad for me...?
