It's Complicated

Nina's Journal entry _

"Well the past months have been horrid!" Nina rambled in her journal. ( A flashback whirled in her head about that day in September when Ian was stuttering his words to tell her about something that she guessed made him nervous.)

"I-uh-um...THINK YOU LOOK VERY PRETTY TODAY NINA SEE YOU IN CLASS!"  Ian said flustered, "Um... ok bye.." nina said seemlessly confused, Carson who was with Para at the moment got up and ran after Ian.

   "Wow... he was so close!" para said angered, "what do you mean?" nina asked, "nina were you seriously not thinking he was just about to ask you out!" "oh I was hoping that but i could'nt get my hopes up..."  Para then realized how much nina was going through at that moment and did nothing but comfort her.

But what nina did'nt know is that while she was crushed Ian was in bare shock of what he didn't do...

"Get up!" yelled Carson from inside the boys lockeroom "no...." Ian mummbled "GET up!" carson said his anger levels rising "i said no...." ian said as he crawled behind a set of lockers, "THAT'S IT GET THE FUCK UP NOW OR I'LL TELL HER MYSELF!!!"

   "Grr fuck you bro! Fine i'll come out but listen I litterally just ran from her and now i've lost all the confidence i had in me so until i build that up again.... *SIGH* I do not know of a girl named nina and never have..."

   Carson was shocked he knew that nina would never truly forgive ian if he did this and ian knew this too but the fact was no one not even ian's best friend was going to change his decision.

( Nina then got out of her miserable flashback ) 

It had been 4 months now since Ian and Nina truly even made eye contact; Nina was at the verge of her breaking point she was becoming insecure, depressed and at one point even self harmed herself! "I'm done with his bullshit!" nina said angered while on the phone with Ash, Shara, and her twin besties Stacey and Kacey.

   "Just ignore him like he's been ignoring you" suggested Ash, "you know what I will!" Nina replied feeling more confident than she's been in a while now. "Girls I gotta go and sleep now but i'll see you all tomorrow kk alright?" nina said "Kay bye" they all replied.

*Nina then fell quickly asleep excited to give Ian a little taste of his own medicine tomorrow*

***BEEP-BEEP-BEEP***

Nina reached over to turn her alarm clock off, But seemingly fell off her bed like usual. "OW FUCK! screamed nina as she had bent her ankle the wrong way, "I just hope this pain goes away as I get to school"

At school nina met up with para, yasimina, stacey, kacey and ash. "Nina are you ok? You're sorrta hobbling a bit when you walk..." yasimina asked worriedly, "no I'm ok it's fine" nina said.

   "Ok see you guys at lunch then, because I don't want to get a demerit in Math!" ash said as she ran to Room 214_ , "guess I better run after her - if I'm yelled at by Mr. O. again I will become def!" para said as she waved then swiftly ran after ash. "NINA LOOK OUT!" yasimina, stacey and kacey screamed.

   I was then able to see what they were screaming about; a fist fight between these two jocks and a right hook swing was about to nail me right in the head! I dodged it  but  then fell due to my strained ankle. The worst part part was that CARSON AND IAN WERE LAUGHING STRAIGHT AT ME!

I wanted to kick both of those fuck tards right in their balls but luckily I didn't because of my ankle... Although I guess my mouth hadn't been satisfied because what words came out of my mouth we're totally

*Uncalled for!*

    "You asian and afgan fucks! I hate you both I don't know why you two are laughing, you guys could barely break a nail or grow a dick how are you supposed to fight? You ratchet hoes stop trying act like you're big when really I know you two could never grow anything big in your lives! That is... besides your immense ego's!" Nina ranted to them.

They shoved passed her obviously embarrassed, and the best_or worst part nina couldn't make up her mind; was the expression Ian let off before he left the hall... "If only..." Ian murmured "If only..."

Yasimina, followed by stacey and kacey ran to nina outraged by carson's and ian's behavior, "let's go to Aquatics 101_ you know how swimming let's you focus," they exclaimed "yeah yeah ok lets go!" rambled nina trying to hold back tears. Stacey and Kacey then went to a different class but yasimina stayed with nina.

15 mins later...

~Splash~

Nina dove into the water, they were right it always did make her focus. She closed her eyes just laying on her back doing slight backstrokes she didn't realize someone had hopped into the pool with her... "Nina nina? We need to talk" startled nina opened her eyes and bobbed in the water a bit to see Ian holding her arm, she saw yasimina from outside the pool giggling before slipping out the door leaving them alone.

"I'm sorry..." Ian said "I was truly acting like a bitch to you ever since that day back in September, and I know that I hurt you amd that's mostly why I'm apologizing now..." he said now pulling nina closer. "Yes you really and truly did hurt me but I want to know why?" nina replied as she was about to cry, " Because - because I-I-I genuinely can't say this right now it's too difficult." I pulled him closer realizing that it hurt him to tell me his feelings; then at that very moment the same feelings came over us...

We leaned closer to each other, he grabbed me and he then told me something I've been wanting to hear since September "I need you, I want you, and if I have you please tell me now, because everyday is a new heartache and there's no words to describe how I've been wanting to tell you this eternal vow..."

Nina grabbed Ian and he pulled her tighter and closer together, "kiss me if you want to date me, hug me if you're not ready for me yet!" nina winked and smirked at him "You know what I pick... YOU!!" and ian leaped towards her and started to make out with her underwater until...

**R-R-RING!!!**

"Oh look at that! looks like it's time to get dry" Ian said smirking at my curvy figure, "haha you just want to check me out as I get out dont you?" nina said as she tryed step out of the pool, but as she did "OWW FUCK!!!" nina screamed hitting her head and falling unconsciously back into the pool "NINA!! FUCK IM COMING! " screamed Ian as he rapidly swam towards her....

" don't you dare die on me!  don't you dare I'll never forgive you if you do!"  ian kept repeating almost in tears, nina coughed up some water dazed and confused. Ian tightly hugged her "THANK GOD NINA I THOUGHT I LOST YOU!" ian bellowed out "You saved my life Ian! I...I THANK YOU!" nina sobbed crying on him and not wanting to let go.

Ian then carried nina to get dry, "so are we dating at this moment?" nina asked "I don’t know I'll let you determine that" he winked as he slowly lowered her on a bench. "Hey love - birds!" hollered Carson "nina your ambulance is here."

While nina was getting strapped into her stretcher she overheard Carson and Ian talking outside... "Dude what's going on I'm supposed to be iin there with nina right now! What's the problem?" exclaimed ian "It's Para..." stammered carson "What happened?" asked ian "She.....

~SLAM~

The ambulance doors are swung shut and nina is driven to the hospital...
