Nick just left with Noah for the next couple days so Alex and Olivia can have time to each other. Alex was sitting on the couch when she heard Olivia come out of her bedroom. Olivia sits next to Alex and sighs.
"Alex, I want to fix things between us but I'm scared that we may be drifting apart." She tears up and looks at the floor. Alex wraps her arms around Olivia's shoulders and hugged her tightly.
"Liv, I acted irrationally and I'm so sorry, babe. I'll think more before I act. I was just afraid for us. I saw red and acted on a whim." She kisses Olivia's cheek. Liv blushes and turns to Alex, kissing her softly but with passion. Alex moves closer and holds Olivia closer as she deepens the kiss. Liv pulls away and Alex is stunned.
"Liv, did I do something wrong?" Liv shakes her head, smiling and staddles Alex.
"No, you didn't. I just wanted to marvel in the beautiful woman I get to call my own and I promise not to fuck up again. Alex, I love you too much to ever let u go without a fight. Noah needs his mommy and mama." She gets up and heads to the bedroom, leaving a stunned Alex. Liv comes back with something behind her back. She gets on one knee and Alex gasps as Liv reveals a beautiful engagement ring.
"Alexandra Cabot, will you do me the honor of becoming Mrs. Olivia Benson?" Alex starts crying, Olivia is confused but smiles when Alex nods.
"Yes, a thousand times yes!" Olivia puts the ring on Alex's finger and they kiss passionately. After the need for air became apparent, they lean their foreheads together.
"Olivia, you are a woman of mystery. But that's one reason I love you." They snuggle on the couch. Olivia kisses the top of Alex's head.
"I was thinking tonight would be about us so I wanted to cook a nice dinner with you." Alex licks her lips.
"After dinner, well get right to dessert." Olivia playfully slaps Alex's shoulder as they both laugh.
"Deal, Alex." They get up to cook dinner. They agreed on a simple veggie pizza and got to work making it.
