A wave of relief washed over me. Wait, why was I relieved that Chase wasn't Jacky's girlfriend? I pushed the thought away and turned back to Chase. I looked around my bed, and realized something. I desperately needed new clothes. "So, since I have no idea where we are right now, where is the closest mall?" I asked.

"Need clothes?" Chase laughed. I nodded and chuckled. "I'll go tell Ronnie we're going shopping. You can change and I'll wait downstairs," she said. I pulled on a pair of leggings and a white sweater. I grabbed the money I saved from the little jobs I had before, and went downstairs to go to the mall.

Two hours later, Chase dropped me back off at the Radke home. I got a few new shirts, leggings, jeans, and tampons. Hey, those things are essential. I walked into the living room and saw Derek on top of Ron. "Give me. The fucking. Remote!" Derek screamed.

"Get off me you fatass!" Ron yelled back. I ignored the two and went into the kitchen.

"What are they doing?" Ronnie asked, gesturing to the two in the other room.

"Fighting over the remote, I think." Ronnie sighed and started rummaging through the cabinets. Ryan then walked into the room. "Lets go out to eat. We haven't done that in a while," he suggested. Ronnie thought about it for a minute.

"Did I hear the word 'eat'?!" Derek screamed.

"You're so fat," Ryan laughed.

"I guess we can go out for dinner. Logan where do you wanna go?" Ronnie asked.

"Oh, I'm fine. I can stay here, I don't really feel good." And it wasn't a complete lie. My stomach hurt like a bitch and I wanted to sleep. Then, Jacky walked in. From the look of his hair, I'm guessing he was asleep.

"Jacky, since you look like shit, will you stay home with Logan? We'll bring leftovers," Ronnie laughed. Jacky nodded, and Derek was the first out the door. After everyone left, Jacky turned to me.

"Wanna watch a movie?" I said sure and we went into the living room.

I didn't know what movie he picked, but it was pretty good. Up until the part where the girls mom starts beating her. I turned away from the screen and pulled my sleeve up so I didn't have to see the hideous scar that's there. I felt the tears forming, but I quickly pushed them back. "Logan?" Jacky said quietly.

"Yeah?" I really hoped my voice didn't crack. He turned off the movie and moved closer to me. He pulled my arm away from face, so I turned my head away from him.

"Logan, look at me." I did, and his expression completely softened. I guess he knew what was wrong, because he hugged me and let me cry. Jacky laid down on the couch, and pulled me down with him. He was rubbing circles in my back, trying to get me to stop crying. Eventually I did, but I think I fell asleep.
