Over the next month and a half, we finished tour and finally made our way back home. I've gotten incredibly close to the band, and I'm glad that I'm here with everyone.

It's now Christmas time, and Ronnie sent Jacky and I to find a tree.

"Jacky! What about this one?" I yelled, gesturing to the giant evergreen tree in front of me.

"Too small," Jacky responded simply.

"To small? This thing is huge!" I scoffed, clearly exasperated with his comment.

Jacky stopped walking and turned to me. He put his hand on my shoulder and said, "that's because you're freakishly small for your age." I glared at him while he laughed.

"Awe, I'm sorry Logan. Your height is cute," Jacky said, trying to get me to talk to him. I just shook my head, trying to hold in a smile.

"I saw that. You want to smile." He put his arm around my shoulder and pulled me into a hug. I sighed and hugged him back.

"Oh! That is a wonderful tree!" Jacky and I pulled apart to see an older woman smiling at us. I turned and saw a beautiful and lush tree. I looked at Jacky and he smiled down at me.

"It's perfect," I admired. It has been years since I looked for a Christmas tree, and I felt happy tears form in my eyes.

"Yeah? Well, if you like it, I like it," Jacky said. I smiled at this and turned to the woman still standing with us.

"I haven't seen a couple look at each other with such love as you two do," she said with a warm smile.

I was taken aback by this.

"Oh, no! Me and him aren't together," I laughed, feeling my cheeks heat up.

"Oh my! I'm quite sorry for the misunderstanding! I'll go get someone to help get the tree to your car," she rambled. But before she left, she smirked and turned to Jacky.

"You better make your move soon, boy. I can tell. She's the one for you." And then she was gone.

"Derek, I swear to god I will kick your ass!" Ryan screamed from upstairs. Everyone was together right now decorating the tree, and of course, Ryan and Derek were fighting over who would put the star on the tree.

"But I wanna put the star on the tree!" Derek whined like a toddler. I laughed at the two grown bickering men and sat on the couch.

"I say," Ronnie started, "we let Logan do it."

"Why? It's your house!" I laughed.

"No, it's our house. And you grew to be a big part of this family. So, all in favor of Logan putting on the star, say 'I'," Ronnie looked around. Everyone said 'I', including Derek, who pretty much mumbled it to himself. I shook my head and got up from my spot next to Jacky.

"I hate ladders," I muttered as I climbed up the metal frame. It started shaking, but quickly stopped. I looked down and saw Jacky was holding it steady so I wouldn't fall.

"I have you, don't worry," he said quietly, then added, "now put the damn star on the tree!" not so quietly. I carefully placed the glass star on top of the giant tree, and everyone cheered. I smiled to myself and saw Ron take a picture of me at the top of the ladder. I descended and immediately backed up into Jacky. I looked around and surveyed my family. I can now say that I totally love all of these people.

"Hey, guys," I started. They all raised an eyebrow at me. "I think I want a tattoo," I finally said. I heard a lot of cheers and when I looked over at Ronnie, I was greeted by the cheekiest smile I've ever seen on that man.
