Chapter 12: Castello's Business Partners

The party was great, the food was amazing, the music gave the room a warm fuzzy feel, everyone dressed their best and having a great time. Karlie was busy always busy this night bit she somehow always managed to get a few dances in with her husband. Castello stood laughing with three mob bosses who he considered business partners. Armondo an armadillo that wore an all white suit with a black tie and a white fedora with a black band around it. Shad a solid black cyclops demon with one bright red eye, wearing a blood red suit with a silver cross necklace and a blood red skull in the middle. The last one was Sich he was a dove avian, he was tall and skinny had unbelievable pale skin, dark almost black eyes his hands were replaced with needles and scars all over his face.

"So how ya been after all these years?" Armondo asked.

"Good. Still happily married to Karlie, and Gabriella started kindergarten this year." Castello said.

"I still laugh at the fact that Castello, most feared man in all of Safe Haven is a family man." Shad laughed.

"Yeah, don't get me wrong your wife had an amazing tits and ass but I bet a few things have probably dropped." Armondo said.

Karlie came over and handed Castello a glass of whiskey.

"What are you boys talking about?" Karlie asked.

"Nothing just being boys." Castello said.

"Alright," She kissed him, "I got to go check back in the kitchen."

Castello smiled as she walked away.

"Don't think you can get away without dancing with me." He called out.

He turned back to his partners and they all looked stunned.

"How after almost 17 years of marriage can she still look so damn good?" Shad asked.

"Unlike your relationships no offence, I make sure my wife has a reason to look as good as she did the day I met her." Castello chuckled.

"And what would that be?" Sich asked.

"I've spoiled her, I've given her the finest custom jewelry so no other woman has it, I've treated her like the queen she's always been in my eyes and I've made love to her like no women has been made love to before." Castello whispered the last part.

Karlie ran over and hugged her husband in tears.

"Karlie my love, why are you crying?" Castello said with worry.

"I just saw Jayden kiss Brianna, my baby boy is no longer a baby." She sobbed.

Castello kissed her on the head as she continue ued to weep in sorrow. After a few minutes he dried her tears and gave her a gentle smile.

"Hey it's alright, Jayden isn't going anywhere for a few more years don't worry he may be growing up but you'll still see him as your baby." Castello calmed her down.

She smiled at her husband with a little bit of a sniffle and hugged him once more.

"I have some time, come find me when you're ready to dance." Karlie said.

"I'm ready now." Castello smirked.

"Well then lead the way Playboy."

Castello took her hand as they made their way to the dancefloor. Armondo growled as Castello danced with her.

"How does that piece of sh*t bastard end up with that fine piece of fine ass?" Armondo spat.

"I don't know but I know how to make her mine." Shad said with a sinister smiled.
