1-Perfection

My world is like the perfect pair of heels. Absolutely fabulous. I am obviously the only one anyone would ever want. I mean why wouldn't they like me, I'm a stunning woman with looks that could kill. But of course, like any ruler of a kingdom, I do have my enemies.

There's Britney, the girl that thinks she's pretty. Then Samantha who wants to be me, but let's be honest, she will never amount to anything but a pathetic loser. But the worst has to be Tina. She acts so sweet and innocent, but as soon as no one is around, that's when she strikes. I've heard she's tried to steal my job at least three times! I mean she actually thinks she's pretty enough to be the head reporter that gets all the biggest scoops? I don't think so. Go back to the weather Tina!

Now I know I probably sound snobby, but I swear on my red heels I'm not.

I give a yearly two thousand dollars to an orphanage and I even visit my family every month. So I have to have at least a little good in me right? "Lexi!" Crap my annoying boss/"best friend." Ugh. The only reason I keep her around is to ensure my job will never be in jeopardy. Alright, you can do this Lexi.
"Rachel! How is my girl doing?"
"No time for small talk, I got big news!"
"What happened? Did Joe break up with you? Aw come here."
"Not that, he's so perfect! But I heard that Jessie heard that Sue said Josh had his eyes on you! Isn't that exciting!"
Really? Josh? Did she think I was that low class? I crinkled my nose perfectly.
"Eww, him? He has low cheekbones!"
"Seriously? He's like the hottest guy here."
"Keyword here. I am not dating any of these disgusting slobs at work. Remember I have standards."
"Okay, I see your point."

She definitely didn't. If she was anymore air headed, she would be a balloon. Focus Lexi, say something to make her leave.
"Hey I better get back to work. The story of Jason Star and Christine Jackson isn't going to report itself"
"Oh my gosh! I am so sorry I interrupted the biggest story of the season! I will leave you to it."

Finally, she's gone. Okay Jason and Christine. Everyone knows they are totally in love. But we better give Jason's fans some hope. Alright, time to do some snooping. What can I find that will tell everyone it's over for them? Wait. I think Jason is in that new Fire Dreams movie. Time to make an appearance at the set!
