Hongseok's POV

"no no !!"
they cried
i couldnt miss the chance
and had to do as told.

pulling the knife out
i glared at them
regret filling everywhere
but i couldnt say no.

the knife pierced their hearts
somewhere it should not
their breaths halted
as their hands reached out.

in this darkness alone
i felt scared
and too quiet
was i to speak up.

im sorry
my mind said
as their shrills
engulfed the deafening silence.

right then
the door opened
a teen stood there
with his mouth opened.

i backed away
my gun prepared
in my left hand
with my index at its trigger.

the teen rooted to his spot
stared at the two
whom have perished
beneath my hands.

at that moment
my body felt hot
i immediately regretted
what i took away.

the poor child
his eyes shifted
from them
to me.

i felt the hairs on the back of my neck
stand
as he
approached me.

i saw tears
streaming down his face
as i backed away
even further from his presence.

no words were exchanged
as he threw his bag
and ran to me
with his fist clenched.

my face bled
as his punch sent
my head threw back
as his slap sent.

i pushed him away
and threw myself
towards the door
where i sprung free.
