ONE

Niall walks into his office with Liam and takes a look around at the luxury. "Wow, this is a huge office for me. I just started, Liam." The older man looks at him and chuckles.

"This is a large company. Everyone has a large office. But." Liam walks over to a mini fridge across the office room and I follow him frowning. "You actually get a mini fridge. No one else knows about this." Niall smiles gently at the man before sighing happily.

"This is too good to be true, Liam. I can't thank you enough for hiring me." The man grins slightly before patting the little one's back, rubbing it slightly afterward.

"You're going to do a wonderful job here, trust me. Also, did you drive here or did you take a bus?" Niall's smile fades because of how he got here.

"I took the bus. I'm really trying to save up for a car, but the bills are insane. I want to move, but then all of my money that I have would be gone." Liam looks at him apologetically, raising the little one's head up to look at him.

"I'll help you pay for the bills... Or I can let you stay at my place? It would be no trouble at all. I just don't want to see a new employee suffer even more than they already are. This job can get pretty hectic." Niall chuckles lightly before shaking his head.

"I could never ask you to be so polite, Liam-"

"No, I insist, Niall. I'm a kind man with a good life on his shoulders. I'll let you stay at my place until you can find a better home. I'll help you move your stuff into my place, with a friend of mine. This is only if you're comfortable with it as I know we've just met." Niall smiles genuinely, but looks down at his feet again.

"Let me think about it and I'll get back to you at the end of the day, okay?" Liam smiles big and nods his head.

"That's perfectly okay. I'll see you at the end of the day, which will be five." He sends the blonde one last nod before walking out of his office and going to his. Niall lets out a long sigh as he heads toward his chair and computer, so many thoughts swarming around his stressed out head.

Niall looks up at his clock after typing away at his computer for, he doesn't know how long, and his eyes grow wide. Its already, nearly five in the afternoon. He finishes what he was typing before Liam comes back into his office, his hands beginning to sweat.

The older man steps up to the sweating boy, his brow creased and hands shaking. "Niall, are you alright?" Niall just sighs and rubs his hand over his forehead. Liam quickly grows worried for the smaller boy and places a hand to his shoulder.

"L-Liam... I'm stressing out hardcore right now. This is a lot of work and I don't want to go home to even more stress. I just need to have something go right, but that won't happen at this point." Liam sighs after Niall's words.

"Niall, don't think like that. I'm moving you into my place, no buts. I hate seeing a new coworker, and possibly friend, like this." Niall smiles genuinely and sighs while turning off his computer. He then stands up and grabs his bag, following Liam out of his office and the building itself with no words coming from the two of them.

Liam moves in the last box of Niall's belongings into his place while Niall is freshening up in the older one's bathroom. He lets out a happy sigh with a big smile coming across his face. "Niall's going to love it here... I know I already love him here." The man whispers to himself, unboxing everything for the younger lad now.

Once he finished, Niall came down, as if on cue, with damp hair and lazy clothing covering his pale, thin body. The blonde smiles at the man in front of him, who is wearing lazy clothes as well, and lets out a sigh of relief.

"You are such a kind man, Liam, thank you so much. For everything already. You're like my guardian angel." Liam chuckles as Niall gushes at him. Liam couldn't be happier that he made the little one so happy; since he wants to make him happy. That's his job now.

"I guess I kind of am, huh? I want to make you happiest person on earth, I want you to know that." Niall smiles big and he cannot help but hug the man in front of him.

"You're an amazing friend for doing this, Liam. I appreciate this so much. If you couldn't tell." The older man continues to smile down at the cure blonde before nodding.

"No, I understand your appreciation, Niall. Anything you need, I'll give it to you, no questions asked, okay?" Niall nods then begins to walk around he large house, Liam staring at him as he walks around.

Liam wants best for the little blonde, he wants him to be happy everyday because of whatever Liam does for him, he just wants everything to do with Niall. No matter what it is, Liam will do anything for him. He may seem obsessive and protective, because he is that type of person, and he gets attached easily and quickly, which is fine to some people. But not to Niall. Liam will soon realize that.

Speaking of Liam, he is still watching over the blonde as he looks around. He comes back to the older man after another minute, his smile fading as Liam looks at him firmly. "You know, Niall, I-" Liam gets interrupted by Niall gasping as his friend, Louis comes in smiling.

He runs over to him and pulls him into a hug, making Liam growl on the inside and smile forcefully on the outside. "So you two are friends? That's nice." Niall smiles and Louis grins at Liam.

"Friends with benefits more like."
